I didn’t need these but I am very impressed with this product! I am not a teenager and was concerned that I was headed in that decoration direction but much to my surprise I am pleased with this purchase. The lighting is customizable all the way whatever you can think of they can do it. The installation is easy and straight forward, peel and stick. The adhesive is still on about 3 months now and zero issues. I ordered more of these light strips if that tells you anything! Lol!

These lights are really cool. I just wish I had measured before I bought and planned more. They ended up being too short to go around the whole 50" tv, so it's brighter in some areas. It still looks cool but I might get a longer one to replace it. The app connect super easy! I have some other brand strip lights I got for the kitchen and couldnt connect them because I dont have wifi. I spent hours trying to get the app to work with no luck. These connected in just a few minutes! Plugs directly to the tv which is a nice feature, just keep in mind when the tv goes off, the lights go off with it.

The media could not be loaded. The first string of lights didn't work contacted them and they work with me troubleshooting until they decided they were going to replace the lights with some now these are the best lights I own this has got to be the best vendor on Amazon do yourself a favor always shop with them first

I got these lights to put on the back of my desk and desktop monitor, and they were the perfect length! Lights are bright, and have a full range of colors. The app that controls them is super easy to use, and lets me pick a single color, adjust brightness, strobe, or transition through a rainbow of colors.The only major downfall which kept me from giving in 5 stars is the sound controlled mode. I ordered this thinking it would be cool to have it change colors in the background to the beat of my guitar. Only issue is that it doesn't work the way you think it would work. When there is no noise, it becomes a dim white color. But when there is any noise like music, it just does a very rapid rainbow strobe. It does not go along to the beat. It only has one set strobe rate. And it does not change color based on pitch or anything. As soon as it hears noise, you get a very fast rainbow strobe.I' still giving it 4 stars because despite not doing what I wanted, it still looks great on my desk, and I'm not too upset seeing as I got it for $10.If you're buy this for the sound activation feature, go elsewhere. But otherwise, its great!My only other recommendation is that they add more features to the timers. I'm currently able to set specific times for it to turn on and off. Only issue is that it automatically turns on to whatever the last setting was. Would be nice if it could be programmed to change to specific colors/brightness at specific times.

These are cheap so you may have hesitation but these lights are bright and easy to install. Real clear instructions and the app is easy to use. This isn't the light that mimics your TV colors but they are great for background color. Great way to insane your gaming experience because they fit great on monitors to. Well worth the price.

Very Nice:This backlight kit is awesome. These were very simple to install.These work through  a USB cord that is attached to the  strip light and you can plug it right into your tv or use an adaptor in an outlet. The app is also easy to use and works well. You can control your favorite color through the app.These lights make veiwing your tv at night easier and add a unique touch to your tv. I recommend these highly.

The color amongst the individual diodes is inconsistent, so the color is not uniform, despite only having a single color selected through the app. Color is quite literally the bare minimum when it comes to LED strip lights. Poor quality.

I think the lights themselves looked good, I did not stick them on but plugged them in to test. And the setting using the phone app were god. It would take getting used to but honestly havign a separate remote is more of a pain. So they are all completely positive comments about the lights.But i had a weird problem. i dont see others mention it so maybe its unique to me? But I have had 2 sets of LED lights before, and some LED lightbulbs, controlled by a remote. And I never had this issue. i plugged the lights into the TV to test them, they were fine, they were not mounted on TV yet. Just laying next to TV plugged into USB. I started messing with the phone app when I heard a loud high pitched noise. I looked around, and it was coming from my speakers. I changed the light settings it stopped. i dimmed the lights, it started. The more dim i made the lights the higher the high pitched whine!!!? No idea why lights or LED strips would cause a high pitched whine in TV speakers? But if they were on full 100% bright then they made no noise. If I went to even 90% bright - "weeeeeeeeeeee". Maybe a tech guy could say why? but I would want to dim them, so this is a deal breaker and I am returning them.If others dont have this issue, then they seem good - the app worked, the lights were bright, app was easy, the lights were long. but man, try dimming them and see if you hear something. -- I will update when i buy another brand if they do it as well (if no update assume they did not!).

Would be 5 stars if the protective film wasn’t stuck to the sticky surface! Also “music” mode doesn’t sync with other apps(Spotify) so you have to use phone mic!
