I like how east it is to assemble and disassemble while it looks nice. Other covers I have used so far annoyed me because it is so hard to put it together because it was made out of silicone.Because it has a retractable capability it helps protecting the nib because I’ve been using a different nib for the Apple Pencil.I think I’ll get another one because it is so easy to use and looks nice.

Been using this case and have it in 3 colors, but I mostly only use the white, and with a needle tip replacement. It's so comfortable and convenient and the clicking is so satisfying i love it :)

I have had this mechanical Apple Pencil holder for a few months and I love the light banana-beige color and size, it’s comfortable but sometimes it can be a bit slipper but makes drawing a lot more intuitive and fun! I love the clicking sound and it definitely feels like I’m drawing with a pencil at times! Pretty in color, great in size, smooth writing.

So…fun fact: the Apple Pencil battery is notoriously bad. I found this our after almost losing mine (generation 2) to this product.Why? If you leave the Apple Pencil disconnected from your iPad for too long (i.e., leave it uncharged for too long) the battery in your pencil can just permanently die. I had it in this case in my backpack over the weekend while I was off of school and when I went to go recharge it on Monday the pencil wouldn’t connect to my iPad. Googling the issue told me the pencil was a goner. I confirmed this with some friends I used to work with at a popular tech store.This product forces you to keep your Apple Pencil unconnected from your iPad and if that happens for too long your pencil can die. It’s annoying to take it in and out of the case for charging and I guess you’re screwed if you forget to do so. Also it’s not comfortable at all. It makes the pencil so top heavy and is too bulky to hold in an ergonomic way.After a week I tried to reconnect my Pencil on a whim and it worked again. Thank the tech gods. But save yourself the trouble of having to constantly take it out of this stupid, uncomfortable contraption and just get yourself a silicon case you can still use while charging the pencil. I trashed this product immediately after this whole situation. Not worth potentially having to spend another $130 on a new Apple Pencil. Nice thought, bad execution.

I’ve used this for two months. Easy to install. “Protects” the pen from sliding off the table cuz of the clip. Plastic is less durable than a claw clip, but more than a candy wrapper? Not scratch resistant. You can’t charge the pencil with the case on. It’s not really “ergonomic”. It’s just pink and thicker than a #2 pencil. That’s it. Overtime, the clicky thing seemed to be getting loose and the pencil had space so it wasn’t as precise as it was. If you made it this far, don’t forget to screw the cap when you put the pencil in. Cuz that eject button will give her wings and make her fly!Good for short term use if you just get bored with your pencil and wanna switch things up. iPad version of people switching their keyboards for that clicky sound.

This pen holder works effectively. I ordered it because my Apple Pencil is too skinny, and after using it my hands cramp. After using this pen holder, my hands no longer cramp.

This item is exactly as depicted in the pictures and information. The color is soft pink, and I can write smoothly on my iPad Pro. I have issues closing my fingers tight, so the size of the pencil case makes it easy for me to grip and write with the Apple pencil. I can't tell you how many pencils I have lost, but now it is easy to see and find my pencil in its case. The only downside is having to take it out of the case to charge the pencil.
