This mat works amazing and is priced perfectly! It’s my first mat and I am very pleased. Relaxes my stress and tension which in turn causes me to sleep like a baby. I’m obsessed.

Been using everyday for two weeks. I use an Apple Watch and really pay attention to the sleep score and the quality of that sleep to gauge my rest. I sleep well in general, but, I don’t get enough deep sleep, and that is a big concern for me. As a daughter and granddaughter of persons with Alzheimer’s knowing that sleep and deep sleep are just one of many areas to actively prioritize. I’ve been working on ways to increase that percentage. I never drink caffeine, don’t eat late, etc. significant increase from day 1 for deep sleep and rem sleep. Talking going from an average of 30-40 minutes deep sleep to well over an hour. I am not going lie, that was exciting for me as this is something I’ve been working on for years. Hoping this continues on this path and not just temporary response and that my body may acclimate. Unclear if that will be the case. The first two days. It was holy heck for the first 2-3 minutes. And then deep breathed and relaxed right into it. After the 1st week, the coverage in beginning but almost enjoying. The area by tailbone and just below are terribly sensitive. At the very bottom sometime it’s just too much and I’ll put a pillowcase recover that last row of pressure points. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice now, and thought I’m the beginning that the reviewers that mentioned they were full of it and there is no way to fall asleep on this torture device lol. But apparently not, since I totally have too. So first 3 days I was able to do 15 minutes, and then from there are on, I have done a minimum of 20 minutes. I’ll update in a few months if I sleep a change in the deepness and quality of my sleep, meaning if it reverts to not enough. Fingers crossed it continues to provide a channel for lengthy deep sleep.

Awesome little acupressure mat, identical to the mat costing a few hundred dollars. Hurts at first, but definitely brings pain relief to my back. Also really liked the shape of the pillow, vs the half circle shape offered with other mats on amazon

I was never actually able to use this mat because it ended up smelling like urine but i think it probably would have been fine had i not left it in the cloth bag for a few years. I love the cheaper versions of this bag so thought i'd upgrade but i ended up preferring the light weight of the cheap ones despite how nice these fancier version ones are. I don't recall an odor when i got it. I haven't found any evidence other people have had this issue so I wouldn't assume it's an issue with the manufacturing. I really think it was solely because the mat didn't breathe for at least 3 years and my home was somewhat humid. So i'd still recommend the mat, it's lovely, just don't leave it untouched in the bag for 3 years and just to be on the safe side i'd remove the cover and set in a sunny spot for a bit just to make sure the coconut fibers fully cured.

This is initially painful! However my husband and I, are in a lot of pain every day. Chronic pain and specific pain with exacerbations! Medication and I mean heavy duty meds can only do so much! This is helpful because even though you feel pain initially it then starts making you feel relieved and more relaxed! I did a lot of research on these and so far after finding a very expensive brand, I found this one for more than half the cost! Sleep also is much better I guess because our muscles are not as tight and as far as easy to use? I don’t know how much easier it could be! I absolutely love the bag it come in! You just take it out with the pillow, lay it on the floor and just lay on it in whatever position you want to start in! I usually spray the back of it since that part goes on the floor! I recommend this product for any one who has neck and back pain!

I LOVE this mat. Ok, so it takes some getting used to, but man do I feel incredible after 20 minutes on it! It takes away aches and pains and helps me sleep better. I’ve gotten 3 for friends already!

I'm unsure how to rate this because my husband and I have had very different experiences. He found the typical initial pain and then some release. When I lay on it on my back, I don't feel it at all. I do feel it when I stand on it, but disappointed about the experience on my back.

I was curious if I would like this and I love it! I use this about 3-4 times a week to help support pain relief and back support. It has helped me sleep tremendously!

I wanted a mat like this but didn’t want to spend the big big bucks for one of the other big brands. I’m so glad I didn’t! The quality of this one was surprising. It’s really good! Totally worth it! I love standing on the mat, I find it very relaxing. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.

Love the mat, it is of very sturdy and quality material, much less expensive than some of the mats but nothing less of a quality buy. Would recommend!

I was expecting this to be a real torture device, tried laying down on I t with a shirt on & was fine, have only used it for 1 day. will use it at night to try to relax before bed

I’m confused - I buy this for health reasons and it has a warning on the box saying this product will expose you to cancer causing chemicals? What??? But the product on line says all natural. Please explain??
