Ordered after discovering at a cafe in Lewes. Beautifully made and very unusual.

I may have given more stars if the products hadn't been damaged. I ordered six of these bowls to use at Christmas. They arrived today. The outer packaging was intact and so was the bubble wrap inner packaging on each box the bowls were in. However, on opening those boxes I found them full of white powder and pottery chips and found that the rims of the bowls were smashed. I therefore returned both sets. I would add that the bowls were also somewhat smaller than I had thought, they would have done as a starter dish at a pinch.

Three attractive, white, apple-shaped bowls which came in a beautiful gift-enhancing outer. Unfortunately the packaging was not as note-worthy and one bowl chipped in transit, as a result. However, the company were very quick to respond and replace meaning that both gift bearer and the recipient were very happy.These are not made of the finest bone china but are of thicker porcelain quality with slight irregularities within the pottery. However, they represent very good value.This is an ideal gift for the Jewish New Year where apple and honey are traditionally offered to guests. They can also be used for nuts, sweets etc

I thought these were good value for money which was why I purchased them. I also liked the deepness of the bowls along with the shape.However, as can be seen in the attached photo, two of the three bowls arrived chipped. Personally, it actually looks like it was sent in that state as opposed to it getting broken in transit, so I wasn’t impressed and have since had a refund.I will purchase something similar when I next visit a shop in person.

Gorgeous. So pretty. Fabulous for dips. Could be used for earnings etc. Love them.
