Duvet was half out of the bag. Then taped over the pile of the duvet. To force into delivery bag. Not what you expect from a professional company. Also with wrong label included.Contacted seller. No apology offered. Will avoid in future. Duvet ok but taking the tape off a nightmare & affected the pile. Washed ok though.

I ordered these even though there were some negative reviews but I just chanced it. They are so comfy , well made . They came in a teddy fleece back which I put a small pillow inside it and it made an extra on my bed. Great value for money will certainly be buying more .

I had seen reviews that talked about the shedding but I had hoped that it wouldn't be too bad.Unfortunately it has shed so much that patches of it have become threadbare in less than a month of having it....Meanwhile my house is covered in fluff, its on my clothes, the carpet, every rug, and I unwittingly carry it wherever I go.It was very soft and warm while it lasted though?

It feels really soft but fluff comes off constantly so you'll need to hoover VERY regularly. The colour isn't as deep as the picture. It comes with a bag made of the same material to store the duvet cover and pillow case in.

I liked the colour and I liked the fabric. It was super warm and cosy. But the double sheet did not fit my standard double mattress along the width and could only tuck one side in. Not comfortable. The first morning when I made the bed, I discovered that the corner of the sheet had split along the seam. So not good.

Very soft and cosy, but fluff is constantly coming away from the quilt cover. Very thin material and doesn’t take long for a hole to appear. Wouldn’t recommend

Loved this put it on for Christmas the grandchildren loved it sit and washes and tumble dried beautifully

very warm and cosy. when put on duvet it looks luxurious and expensive. I sleep so well since having it.
