Q: Does this bundle include a mouse pad?

No it doesn't, but its worth the price for sure. I've had zero problems with them and I play competitively 4-6 days a week with it.

Q: Is it compatibles with Macs?

Yes. I have used mine on a 2006 MBP and a 2012 Mac Mini (that's what I'm using right now) as well as an ASUS laptop. I have big hands and this mouse fits perfectly. You cannot use the software that comes with this mouse on Mac. It's only for Windows.I'm using the System Preferences > Mouse setup. That works fine on the Mac, but if you want to use the two side buttons, or change the button functions, you should check out BetterTouchTool (for Mountain Lion OS X 10.7 or newer) which is available for free. I once used Allesandro Levi Montalcini's USB Overdrive, which allows you to customize ALL of your USB-based input devices however you want, but I no longer need that kind of customization and USB Overdrive is shareware that costs $20. SteerMouse is yet another mouse input software; I haven't tried it, but it looks interesting. Unfortunately, it's sold as commercial software for $20 also. Finally, if you are really not afraid of getting down and dirty with text-based commands, you should download and learn to use Karabiner. Once you've figured out Karabiner, you can make ANY USB-interface device do whatever you want it to.
