Works fine on multi-disk CD changer
Had problems with a Pioneer Multi-disk CD changer skipping. One reviewer showed an image of their packaging indication not to use in Multi-disk CD changers. The Allsop CD Laser-Lens Cleaner I received apparently had changed their packaging as that warning has disappeared and was replaced with a warning not to play track #2 (see attached photo). I ran the Lens Cleaner several times and finally the CD’s play just fine now.The cleaner skipped quite a bit when I first ran it, however after letting it run for a while and several passes, it finally played the cleaner audio okay as well as my music CD's. I originally saw the Allsop cleaner recommended on an old CD forum, glad I found it on Amazon.UPDATE: After viewing the images from another reviewer, I found the package I received has a copyright date of 2013 (old stock?) and the cleaner with the multi-disk warning has a copyright date of 2021. So use at you own risk, thankfully mine worked okay.

NG for Bose
Tried this after reading a few reviews that claimed it worked (for some) with a Bose Wave Radio...I have 2 and it did not work with either...tried MANY times for each radio...Funny, they tell you to insert the disc and then follow the audio instructions...HARD to do when the CD is skipping and you here every 3-5 word...'-)

RECOMMENDED! CLEANED ALL MY MUSIC CD PLAYERS-BOOMBOX-STEREO-CAR &PC!
JUST POP IT INTO ANYTHING THAT PLAYS MUSIC CD'S( WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT IT).THE CAR STEREO- BOOMBOXES- SMALL CD PLAYERS- REGULAR MUSIC STEREOS- AND COMPUTER DRIVES.****If you enlarge this item cover, you can see in the description, the amount of things that can be cleaned with this cleaning disk.***For those using it to clean audio devices, you pop it into the disc player-and listen to the directions.YES, LISTEN!You will hear music from the disk and then a voice telling you what to do( you have to press a certain track number) and the cleaning gets done ULTRA FAST- like less than 90 seconds!I put this in ALL my devices before I started to use my music cd's in them, and here is why:We had major renovations done in the house and my fear of the massive amount of dust sent flying around and possibly having gotten into various electronics, made me want to clean them as best I could before inserting any cds into them.If you care about your devices- if you care about your cds- get this.It is basically a cheap item, price wise- but it does the job!

Deserves no stars, but at least it shipped fast.
This arrived very quickly, which I appreciated, but that's the only good outcome of this order. My compact disc player could not detect this disc and so I could not use it at all. My CD player is a standard Sony home stereo horizontal tray-loading type which has worked fine up until about two weeks ago (when it started skipping) -- so I don't think it should have been incompatible with this product. I'm glad it was inexpensive, but I basically threw fifteen dollars away on a coaster with little brushes on it.. and I still have a CD player that skips.

Definitely works - a must have
I purchased this from Amazon 4 years ago and here it is 4 years later and it still works perfectly. I had to write a review on such a great product. It is a definite inconvenience when any of your electronic pieces hit the road. Your television, cd player, receiver, computer, etc. These are all necessities and if any of them break down they must be replaced immediately regardless of budget.I live in a highrise apartment right in downtown Boston and there is much dust. When a cd player starts acting up you don't know what's going on at first. If its dead, its dead. But if cds are skipping or playing errartically what do you do? Is it the player itself? First you clean the cds. Maybe its a simple problem. Well, my cd player was having a field day at the time - cds jumping and skipping all over. I purchased this product, used it correctly and voila - the cd player worked perfectly. All the problems cleared up. Now, whenever it starts to skip I know it is from dust or something in the player and it just needs a simple clean.Bottom line, this product is inexpensive and it works to perfection. I have had it 4 years and it is still going strong. I highly recommend this product. Finally, something that actually does what it says it does.

Not recommended, read my comment
I had exactly the same experience reported by another customer about confusing instructions regarding the 3 tracks on this disc. The instructions warn about skipping Track 2, so why is it even there? When you play the disc, track 1 plays some music, then a voice comes on and tells you the music will stop and then you should skip to Track 3 when instructed to do so. But the problem I had is, it doesn't ever get to that point. If just left to play, the music stops, then a short while later Track 1 finishes and the worrisome Track 2 begins to play. I decided to let it go all the same. The disc player made some strange noises playing Track 2, seeming to get stuck there at times, and I never once heard a voice telling to go on to Track 3. If I went to Track 3 anyway, a voice immediately advised me that cleaning was complete. But when was the cleaning actually done, and how do I even know if it was done? I tried this on three different optical disc players, with the same result on each.I don't recommend this product.
