They’re perfect straight out of the can, I typically just eat them out of the can or fry them in a pan with a little butter they taste great!! or you could toss into a salad, or paired with some crackers for a light lunch or you could mash them up with a little lemon juice and spread them on toast—delicious! Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. I don't like sardines but my dogs love them. I was buying them for an occasional treat between meals. I can't tell you how they taste but the dogs lick the bowl dry!!! This is a great price for 12. Now they get sardines 3 times a week. They LOVE IT!!

These sardines have no flavor. Good for making airfares sardine nuggets or omelets.

The flavor is what you'd expect from sardines. I’ve consumed just three tins, and the sardines--so far—were not “the whole fish” but broken (though not “chum”). Since am not out for looks but for flavor, these were ok for salads or as, for example, a side dish with rice; but do not expect to serve them as ‘canapes’. Thus the 4 stars.

I was hoping to like these because my regular brand is not available at this time, however, I was disappointed. The price was okay, the sardines were in many pieces and not one was a filet, they were very soft...much more mushy than I am used to eating...and quite a lot of water. I doubt I will buy these again...but if they are the only ones available, I might.

If you like sardines this is a great value with tons of nutrition!! I give it also in small quanities to my inside and outside cats and they love it ....its good for them too! My lab likes them..( labs like most anything ) and is cheaper than salmon as a small topper for his food. This is a staple to stock up on and has a long shelf life!

Dry high quality taste, I eat them right out of the can sometimes! Best recipe is a citrus cucumber and chick pea salad I found in the review videos. It’s not a measuring recipe - it’s a dump and eat recipe so no need to take notes!
