I have been incorporating moringa into my diet since the early 90's.I usually eat the leaves with a soup called Chicken Tinola.While I still eat/cook that dish, I like to consume natural supplements during the colder months, up until the switch from winter to spring.These moringa pills are great.You do taste them as soon as you put the capsules in your mouth, but as soon as you drink your water, the earthy/natural flavor goes away.Theses are much easier to consume, VS drinking a loose powder.I started with two capsules, and then worked up to the recommended dosage of 4 per day, and I did not experience any side effects.Ingredient list (minus the veggie capsule):100% pure organic moringa powder.Love this brand, and would for sure repurchase.

I have finished taking a full bottle of this product and what I have noticed is that my skin and hair improved so much, my energy level especially in the morning has gone up and my pain level after a hard day's work in my yard the previous day is gone the next morning. My hair growth was faster than normal, and my facial skin feels more supple and smooth even though I am usually outdoor working in our yard/garden. My energy level has also improved. Usually, it is hard to get up early most mornings, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels so much so that I just get up and go. I take 2 capsules everyday usually after breakfast. I am 50+ and I am not easily impressed but this product worked for me so much so that I have ordered another bottle.

Great product, good ingredients, nice size bottle. I’ve been taking it for a few days and I already feel more energetic and my joints hurt less. It’ll be great to help with my inflammation. So far I really enjoy this product and I look forward to seeing the benefits I’ll receive with continual usage. Highly recommend.

I have chronic fatigue and stomach issues.This helped a little, but not enough to buy again. Here is my breakdown.Pros- no bad taste- good value, plenty of pills for the price- helped my abdominal painCon- did not affect my energy level or focus level- did not substantially help my symptoms or pain, therefore not effective for me

I got these for lactation support. They just arrived today and I've only taken two so far, but I've seen a huge difference in how much milk I am producing. A miracle product. I'm very satisfied with these.

This is the best capsule I ever have and it’s affordable and tastes good I have helped with my pain relief from my knees arms legs and hands when I took the capsules and the smell was good. Good texture and good energy level.
