Poor weak design
Advertised as heavy duty brackets for hanging baskets. The top screw hole on the vertical side is only about halfway from the top. The hanger in use has drooped from this top screw hole and sagged away from the wall. This has happened with both brackets. The baskets are not heavy and only contain begonia corms.

Nice product - Used to hang 2 garden candle lanterns
I bought these to hang 2 small metal tealight candle lanterns in my garden. Seems to be a good quality product & well made. Product came with fixings, however I chose to use stainless screws. The only thing that may become an issue (but until i give it some time i will not know) is how well these hooks weather / corrode being outdoors. I am pleased with this purchase. Thanks.

Don’t bother.
Product completely unfit for purpose. As soon as I hung a hanging basket on the brackets they bent to breaking point. Completely useless.

Only useful for light objects.
I bought these to hang some solar lanturns from my fence. I think they are expensive there are only 2 in the pack. I have since seen some cheaper in a garden centre that need 3 screws as opposed to 2. These brackets would not support a average sized hanging basket. My solar lanturns are light (not heavy) so these brackets do the job for me.

Excellent garden basket hooks
The hanging basket hooks look really good so I am very pleased with my purchase.A helpful friendly company to deal with and will certainly bear them in mind for future purchases.

Not great!!
Not really heavy duty and a lot smaller than they appear in the image.Would not want to hang a basket from them!!

Not suitable for hanging baskets.
4 purchased 1 10” hanging basket on each, all the brackets bent to the point I had to replace with more robust brackets to ensure the baskets didn’t fall. Don’t waste your money if you are expecting to use these for hanging baskets.

Don’t buy these
They are not fit for purpose. They lasted : days. I have also only been offered a partial refund. See pic - every single one bent out of shape with the weight of a single plastic flower pot.
