Silent, 1300rpm and bright. NOT PROPRIETARY
Great fans for what they are and the price. Easily hook up and even though they don't have rubber pads on corners, they are silent. I don't recommend for a radiator because they aren't built for that. However as you can see, my sons pc in the pics runs perfectly cool with them on the radiator. He has no overheating issues. I highly recommend these fans because they are not proprietary and the control module can be used for any 4pin PWM fan!! and any 5v 3 pin rgb!! NOT PROPRIETARY WAS HUGE!!!

Cheap for a reason...avoid or expect appropriately
I bought 2 of these for a gaming desktop build I made last year. Had to do an RMA replacement through amazon on one of them because it had a noisy ball bearing right off the bat. The other one was fine, so getting a replacement was an annoyance, but I chalked it up to bad luck and moved on. Fast forward maybe 4 months and the noise started up again. I resigned myself to dealing with it, but it got progressively worse over the last month or so and I could no longer take the noisy rattle of the ball bearings on the faulty fan. They look decent and seem to work okay for the money, but ultimately I probably should've bought a better fan for a few dollars more and skipped the LED feature (which worked fine enough, although not customizable in any way) that I don't even pay attention to anymore.

A decent fan for a decent price.
It's a decent fan, definitely not the most powerful our there, but moves plenty of air for my needs. Have three of them in a case and they do the trick. It's nice being able to daisy chain the rgb leads together as well.

Notos fans
im using these for radiator fans on my new build attached to 2 ekk 300mm 360mm rads and thy work as advertized. argb syncs up via included argb hub thro asus aura sync on asus maximus hereo XII wifi

Good value - Can get faulty
Keeps temps cool, my computer sits at about 70 under load. The price for value is amazingly good. Everything fits and mounts good and the controller for rgb is pretty simple. My only gripe is that occasionally, it takes a bit for one or two fans to spin up

Awesome static pressure fans.
Work well with watercooling setup. Temps using 360mm and 240mm rad doesnt go above 40c. Included fan and rgb hubs work fine.
