Great light, easy to install, works well, brightens where and when needed. All you need is a spot that gets a few hours of sun a day. This is a bargain for adding some security lighting or surprise-lighting for unwanted animal visitors.

Well made little light great for entrance doors. I placed it on the west side of the house which gets sun all day, never fails to light and sense motion. It has been up about a year and survived the weather and snow we get here in northern Ohio right off the Lake.

The product worked well as described. It started giving me some issues after about 3 months. I contacted the seller, and refunded my purchase I ordered another one, hopefully this one lasts longer

Much needed in keeping skunks out of my yard! After installing these lights, no more skunks or raccoons! There is no maintenance required. I do suggest removing the light/solar panel assembly during winter weather. This is very easy to do, and the mount can be left outside.

I’ve had this item for about two weeks. I have it in my garden. I have to say I’m pretty impressed by it. Let’s hope it last longer than some of the ones I’ve bought off of Amazon. I bought this to help fight off critters from my garden bed and from my upstairs window, I can see it’s working. It’s very bright and you can rotate it in different directions. I tend to move it around a bit in the garden. Overall and pleased so far.

I ordered one in 2025, quite working so got another one under the warranty. Still doesn’t work right. I have to turn it off and on to work, doesn’t light unless I’m right underneath it. Frustrating.

OKish for the price. Fairly well constructed of “plastics”. Light does not seem as bright as in some depictions. Disappointed the design does not allow for pointing the solar panel completely toward the back of the light. This will result in sub-optimal charging. Solar is most efficient when sunlight enters perpendicular to the panel. My installation needs the light pointing north and downward at 45 degrees. This means with the panel folded all the way down toward the rear of the light, the southern sun angle of maybe 30 degrees is hitting from behind and slightly under the panel. This is true for my northern hemisphere application and would be opposite in the southern hemisphere. Maybe the the ambient light will provide full charge on short winter days maybe not.

I was expecting them to last like 6 months but they're still going. Not super bright but just enough to illuminate the area that is being used. Great to see critter activity outside, or even a little extra added security.

What a great gadget - it detects any movement in my yard and is quite bright so one is able to see very easily who approaches. This is the second one I have purchased - one in front and now in back. I highly recommend. It is most reliable! This one is even brighter than the last one - it did say, it has upgraded and it shows!

Great light. I love that it's adjustable and has a flashing light, making it look like a camera.

My first purchase was done in early fall 2020, and I have it in the front of my house and it works amazingly well. Went through a harsh winter, without any problem.. Early this spring I had purchased two other types of motion detector products for my back yard. I spent 60.00$ fir both and I REGRET doing so..None of them can be compared to the Bell+Howell product! The other two products in my backyard aren't efficient at night due to the fact that when we have a full cloudy day without sunlight, their brightness are minimum to none, compared to the Bell+Howell... Bell+Howell IS perfect for me..it works at all times, so much that I just bought a second one from Amazon. It is efficiente, very bright, and seems to resist harsh weather conditions. Worth every penny spent!

So pleased with our first purchase which we stuck in a flower pot, using the stake, that we purchased a second to install on the top of a garden arch.
