This is a superb set of magnets. They're very small, but despite this, they hold with a very agreeable amount of force. Moreover, they're just built well. Nice and solid. Also, they have very good padding on their bottoms, so marring paint and whatnot hasn't been any kind of worry.

Is it really 100lb? Probably not. I'm using four of these to hold my Starlink antenna on my metal roof. I need to pull up pretty hard on it to get it to come loose, but not 100lb pull. Either way it is working well for this purpose. So far it's been through several thunderstorms and still holding strong. I would definitely take it down if a hurricane was coming though.

I bought these to anchor down a leather punch and they worked perfectly. They hold the press/punch sturdily to my metal worktable, and the coating keeps it from scratching (not that I care, but it may matter to you). I'm sure they would work for all kinds of uses, but they're perfect for mine.

Tried to use it to mount PTP antenna on roof I wasn't allowed to screw into. Magnets are very powerful if metal is thi k enough. Problem is most steel roofs are way too thin. Again magnets would probably work well on other applications.Pretty strong.

These are great grip gear for smaller LED video lights or a microphone, when you have metal near the place you are recording.You will want a larger magnet, if you want to mount a small camera on the body of a vehicle.This would be great for a temporary light for repairs on the trail.

I was surprised at how strong these are. I use them to attach a solar battery maintainer to my dump trailer. I usually set it up so that only two magnets make contact. Otherwise, with all four it takes good effort to remove.

They're strong, durable and work great. Love the rubber coating. Only thing I don't love about them was the price.
