Excellent quality but a bit too slippery for my liking.

Good Quality , have ordered a second one, for my wife. Just the right amount of cushioning in my opinion, and able to do exercise in socks, without slipping.

Disappointed with this mat. Used it for a workout that involved cardio and mat work but unfortunately wearing trainers on it made lots of bits come off. Such a shame as comfortable for floor work.
