Super easy to use (the only trouble I had was reading the small print for the instructions). i was hoping to learn what the problem was and then find a YouTube video so I could fix it myself that was not the case - this time. However, by testing it myself when I did take it to the shop I felt I had a bit more knowledge of what needed to be done and less vulnerable to be ripped off. Well worth the price.

The Asani scanner was exactly what I was looking for. It worked with my 3 family vehicles, hooking up in a matter of seconds. Once armed with the codes a few simple Google searches will get you pointed in the right direction of dealing with your repair. For a sub $20.00 price point,the scanner feels of decent build and quality that should satisfy most casual users. It sits in the glovebox next to the tire pressure gauge and flashlight, in 2020 it's pretty much a "must have" for any car owner

Easy to use. I love the convenience. Normally we would go to O’Reillys and borrow theirs. It was a pain. Plus in its packaging I keep it in the car for piece of mind. As far as accuracy, so far it’s been very accurate. No more guessing or assuming. I know exactly what’s wrong.

Simple and easy to use. Bright LED readout tried it at night and it was bright and clear. Very thorough check. Then just Google check engine code and you know what and where your problem areas are. After we just cleared the codes and all the check engine lights went away which is great for when you need to pass smog. Great value for the price. Definately would recommend to friends and family. No mechanic trips necessary answers in your hands in minutes.

I received this in short order and was immediately able to isolate my problem and clear the code. I would recommend this to anyone who needs something that is inexpensive but still does the job.

Did not work at all on my 2008 mercedes, lit up and went through a couple checks, then kept saying "link error" I tried 40+ times with different combinations of ingnition in position 1, 2 and fully running, not luck. Went to the auto parts store and there's worked just fine, I don't suggest... at least for mercedes

This is the best $14.99 I have ever spent. Easy to use, does the job, and saved me $159.00 from the repair shop as that is what they charge to run and clear check engine codes. Thank you for providing a great product at such a reasonable cost!
