I was a bit hesitant with the reviews, but i now believe after using this for days that some of these reviewers must have got lemons. I LOVE my turner! Its super super quiet and it spins at just the perfect speed to work on my cups! I do wish there was a switch to change the direction instead of having to turn it on and off again to change it-and if you turn it off and on again too fast it doesn't change the direction. You have to wait about 5-7 seconds to turn it back on again for it to change. I love that it came with a stand, two pipes, gloves, and other misc stuff! It also came with two size foam pieces-(there seemed to be the most problems in the reviews with these)- But all you have to do is run them under warm/hot water for 3-5 min, ring them out well, and they fluff up to their full size! I let them air dry for 15 min and then started using them instantly! The machine is super easy to put together and I am definitely going to be purchasing another one!

This is a great tumbler for the price. Spins fast and smoothly, with no noise. Spin direction changes when you turn it off and then back on. The foam pieces are thick and durable, and I liked that it came with two sizes.There was only one drawback for me personally. I like to be able to take the tumblers with their wands off the spinner after a couple of hours so that I can start another one spinning. This turner requires a small rubber plug in the end of the PVC pipe to connect it to the machine (the opening of the wand is larger than the piece it connects onto). So the plug has to come out of the wand being removed and put into the new one going on, and because it's a tight fit, this takes a little work.On my other tumbler, the machine attachment is the same size as the wand opening, which eliminates the need for a plug, but if you're not changing them out it's not an issue.Would definitely recommend the product.

I purchased 3 of these turners. They were easy to assemble taking just a few minutes. The arms are removable - that is important to me. They rotate both ways. When I started using them, I noticed that 1 wasn't working properly. If the cord moved at all, the turner would stop. That made it impossible to use. I was bummed, but I reached out to the company. They are excellent! I explained what was going on. After a short conversation, they said they'd send me a new turner. It was shipped and at my house in no time. I was very pleased! My new turner works perfectly. Definitely recommend this turner and company!

First of all, it works. It’s easy to assemble, makes virtually no noise. The measuring cups and silicone brush are nice additions. The one downfall in my opinion is that the foam inserts came in a vacuum sealed bag, so they were deformed (squished) and did not fill the tumblers well. I let them sit a few days before I used them, and they did not regain their shapes. I ended up having to use the large foam insert in the small tumblers (worked just fine). There was no great immediate solution for a large tumbler.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product. It is completely quiet. Super easy to assemble. It can rotate both directions. The rosegold color is very pretty. It comes with extra screws. And the foam and tools it comes with are great The arm comes off and on easily. The Only thing I do not use is the tiny screw to secure the arm to the turner but the arm has a rubber piece that grips well and I have not had any issue.

Easy to put together, even for me i sat at the kitchen table and had it together in maybe five minutes. I love the rose gold colored metal very sturdy.... Wires attched to motor wasnt fully connected so at first it did not even power on I tightened the plastic nut holding them together and problem solved . it does turn both ways just need to turn off and on again as the pvc hits a specific spot which is a bit pf a pain but I'm sure once i actually use ill find a trick or what works easiest . will update after use today.

Great product. I went back and forth on which one to buy but I ended up with this one and I’m glad I did. If you switch the switch on and then off it will switch directions it turns -which is nice. I also have left it running for 12 hrs without shutting it off and the motor doesn’t get to warm. Definitely happy with the buy, I will probably purchase another soon so I can work on more than one cup at a time.

I love this cup turner! I just wish I could get more of the black rubber pieces that fit into the ends of each tube. The screw fits through the tube and through this rubber piece and then put add the nut to hold it all together. I need more of the black rubber parts. If anyone knows how to reach them please let me know. Thanks so much. Kathy U
