You must get this if your gonna get the liquid eggs! Each pump is one equal to one egg white so there is no guessing game , that way you get the right amount and then it will last as long as it should. Fitness freaks its all about measuring and protien intake... SO PUMP'N DO IT!!

this was esta bien to have but when it got down to the bottom you had to take it off anyway so I didn't even use it for the others I bought afterwards. what they need is a drinking spout for the egg white container so when i wake in the middle of the night I can guzzle it more easily.

Pumped fine for the first 1/2 of the gallon. Second half it wasn’t reliable for measuring.

If you bought the egg whites, this is pretty essential!
Each pump is one egg which is kind of nice than just attempted to pour or measure out how many you need. I'm sure it can be used for other things but I really don't use them for anything except for the liquid egg whites. Lifetime warranty is also cool but thats no physical damage, only if it goes bad on its own!
