Can’t recommend. Had hoped to wear this gardening & driving to help keep spine straight. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow your arms to come forward at all without creating terrible friction. There is a little, hard plastic stick inside at the front of the shoulder that digs into your skin :((If the inner, hard piece were circular maybe it wouldn’t dig in so much!) But as it’s designed now I can’t recommend it.

I had lower back surgery and not only needed a correction of my posture but also support for my lower back. That’s why I chose this posture corrector versus others which only have shoulder straps.So far I love it! Yes, other reviews are right, it has a rubbery smell for about half a day, when it comes right out of the package. But leave it out for a few hours and the smell in gone. I cannot confirm though, that the material makes you feel hot.It is important to order the right size, then you can adjust the Posture Corrector in every possible way. It pulls your shoulders back slightly to remind you to stand or sit straight, it also supports the lower back, but all in a very comfortable way. I would say, it helps you help yourself.

We just received it a couple days ago and tried them out. We were experiencing back pain while walking and bought these for relief. Both my wife and myself felt the pain reduced while walking. We are going to wear it for a few hours at home everyday to help our posture which may be the reason for our back pain.For the price (less than $20) we believe it is a good investment.

I've had back problems for years and tried many braces. This is the most comfortable, most effective brace I've ever used. I've already seen improvement in posture and less pain. Following the instructions is very important; wearing it gradually, not constantly in the beginning makes a big difference. I tried wearing it both directly on skin and also over a shirt. While it did seem to give some relief, it also dug into the armpit area. Any back relief was offset by the pain (and redmarks) of the skin irritation. It needs more padding at the arms and the design to keep the arm holes flat instead of bunching up and cutting in.

I purchased this brace for support due to neck, shoulders, and back pain. I was excited at first when I put it on but was quickly disappointed. The material used for the back is very thin, which is nice, but it bunched up when I pulled the arm straps tight to wrap around the front. Also, the waist strap sits in the middle of your stomach which isn't comfortable. If it was higher up then maybe it would feel better, or at least had a thicker strap that covered the whole stomach area. I'm also only 5'3, so maybe it wasn't made for short people that are very paticular about how stuff fits. I don't recommend but if you're like me, you will most likely try it for yourself as we're not all built the same.

This brace works well. It is very adjustable. Has stretch and stability. The only issue that I have found is that the armholes rub in the armpits. I have a bad habit of slouching at my desk and this helps with posture.

The back brace does pull the shoulder blades back. The brace is light weight and breathes well. The only negative is the over shoulder pads bind and dig at the arm pit area and over time become a nusance. I would still recommend this product.
