The Machine and Price I Was Looking For
I am not a gamer and I did not buy this computer as a gaming computer, but rather as machine capable of dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products quickly and efficiently. With a decent processor and 16 GB of RAM, it is blazing fast for my uses, which include fairly complex Excel and Access applications. After using older 2 and 2 GB machines, this is nice. The internal ventilator fan is practically silent, the interior is well-designed and the cable discipline is beautiful. This will make it much easier for those who upgrade to add components, like upgrade graphics boards, if they wish. The power supply is 500 watts. The deal was sealed for me with the discount offered in an Amazon lightning deal.

Not quiet strong enough
I ended up returning this item. It is pretty underpowered for gaming, and using Creative Cloud. From the start, I struggled with lag and programs from creative cloud freezing. If you use programs like Creative Cloud this is not a good option. The AMD 4 is what Intel 3 would be. I think if it had a stronger AMD processor it would have been fine. This PC would be good for college students on a low budget, as long as they are not using any heavy on processor programs or RAM.

Computer itself is good for the price
Priority shipping came the very next day, I appreciate that. Computer itself is good for the price, great technical support. The Logitech mouse that came with the computer wouldn't work, turns out I have some sort of motherboard issue. Tech support couldn't figure it out exactly although we narrowed it down to the computer itself. I think (I'm no computer expert) that its pushing too much power to the USB ports. Everything I have plugged in to the USB ports (2 phones, 3 mouse) has fried and stopped working - phones wouldn't charge anymore and mice won't work on different computers. Tech support said I can ship it back to them and they'll send me a replacement desktop, they even waived the shipping cost associated with Alaska.Performance - I was able to play games on good quality without much trouble, I even played an mmo and watched the UFC fights at the same time. Windows 10 is great, too. This is a good product for the price, I'm certain the issue with mine had something to do with the shipping to Alaska during the winter. I'd love to update this review and put 5 starts once I get my replacement and it works.

True review
This is the first computer I bought for myself and wasn't a bad pc until I started to come back and started actually reading and comparing the features to other desktops, just want to say this is in no way a gaming desktop not even close, all its good for is older game won't take on more graphic or cpu intensive games I've spent a good 500$ on top of this trying to upgrade this crap of a computer honestly your better off buying a little more expensive pc it'll do wonders if you want to play games like Ark and subnautica yea this defiantly isn't the pc for that hope I helped, sorry cybertronpc but don't waste your money here

Thumbs Up
Happy with the purchase, it works better than my old laptop. But, it doesn't come upgraded so if you want higher graphics then you have to buy a graphics card or anything you need separately. But, other than that, I've had it about a month or so now, and it really hasn't gave me an issue, except with the power supply going out. That is about it.

Not worth the money.
This computer doesn't meet the standards of games I'd purchased years before I bought this computer. I've had it for almost a year. I'd purchased it to run older games like Call of Duty Ghosts (2013 release date) and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (2014 release date). According to the computer specifications, this machine exceeds the graphics requirements for these games. However, the graphics are jittery and grainy.
