I received this product today, it was delivered quickly, but I was disappointed by the low quality of the product. The nut was locked (I couldn't unscrew the nut to install my dashcam), and it can't be used in the condition it was delivered in, it may be stuck. I assume it is a scrap product. I went back to Amazon.

This was a nice sucker bracket unfortunately it didn't work with my dash cam ball fitting. It would be useful if the ball dimensions were provided however my learning.

I didn't realise there was a replacement for the suction part of the device that had failed after a couple of years of use. Upon looking at Amazon I discovered it was sold separately. It arrived within the specified time and I have had no issues with it since. I'm expecting it to last at least a couple of years.

Sadly this didn't fit the dashcam I wanted it to, so had to return it. Other than that it seemed well made.

I bought this as someone pulled my camera off the screen and damaged the suction cup.This is about 30% smaller than the original and is much too small for the ball fitting.

Used this for a few weeks now, and it is rock solid. The original wasn't sticking to the windscreen any longer so had to replace.

Product was great to replace my old genuine nextbase suction cup- unfortunately only can speak for the past few weeks as my car was broken into and dash cam stole this weekend..including the new suction cup ! :(

Bought to replace a broken suction cup, it seems to work fine.
