Delightful 🔥🔥🔥 Read!!
I devoured Fake It 'Til You Break It by Meagan Brandy, and I'm still reeling from the experience! This book is a masterclass in romance, wit, and emotional depth. The characters are so well-crafted and complex, I found myself drawn into their world from the very beginning. The banter is snappy and smart, the chemistry is electric, and the emotional connection is deep and abiding. Meagan Brandy's writing is pure magic. She has a way of crafting a story that feels both lighthearted and heavy, often at the same time. The pacing is perfect, the plot twists are unexpected, and the character growth is remarkable. What I loved most about this book was its thoughtful exploration of themes that are both personal and universal. The author tackles issues of identity, self-acceptance, and the power of vulnerability with a deft hand, crafting a narrative that feels authentic and real. The romance is 🔥🔥🔥 and swoony, with a slow burn that will leave you begging for more. And that ending? Absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Fake It 'Til You Break It to anyone looking for a story that will capture their heart and imagination.. Definitely Your Next 5⭐ Read..

High school romance
No cliffhangerStandaloneTold from both POVsFake relationship / enemies to loversI really enjoyed this book. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t realize it was a high school romance and as I get older, I find it harder to really enjoy them because I’m not trying to be all in love with an under age book boyfriend. LOL!Still great writing, some unexpected twists and turns, and the perfect amount of angst, drama, love and all the feels.I don’t want to give too much away but the premise is Nico and Demi fake their relationship in order to help her snag the guy she really likes…or so she thinks.Very good book and excited to read more by this author.

SO GOOD
Whew... SO GLAD I took a chance on this new-to-me author. Loved this from start to finish. The writing draws you in and holds your attention with ease, the characters are complex and likable even when you aren't always sure of their motives, the romance is a slow burn executed so well, and the premise is a new spin on a tried and true trope. There's not much I didn't like about this New Adult/Young Adult romance and you can be sure I'll be reading more from Meagan Brandy in the future. The story follows Demi, a high school senior who is something of a people-pleaser. When her mom does make brief appearances in her life, it's to push Demi towards attaining a level of perfection that's unrealistic. She's been pining after a guy for a while now, but it isn't until her cocky, sexy as sin neighbor, Nico, takes an interest in her love life that Demi has any shot of getting the guy. At first glance Demi and Nico seem like total opposites, but as they spend more time together, Demi gets to know a side of Nico that he hasn't shown her in a long time - if ever. This book is so, so good. I love a New Adult romance from time to time, and Nico is kind of the perfect book boyfriend. He's intense, focused, has layers upon layers of depth, and though he's been a bit of a player in the past, once he has his sights set on Demi, it's full steam ahead. The chemistry between these two was easy to see, and though there's an element of mystery to the whole "fake relationship" storyline, I loved how it played out. Here's hoping we get more books featuring some of their classmates, because I loved the tone - it's not dark, it's not light; it has the perfect amount of intensity to keep the pages turning. I received an ARC via Wildfire Marketing Solutions (then purchased it for my collection) and am voluntarily leaving a review of this high school romance.

Surprisingly good
I don’t normally read high school romances, but how could I say no to this one? I’m glad I didn’t. To be honest, there were a few times that I was worried things wouldn’t work out between these two, but of course there has to be a happy ending! But you have to pay attention to literally EVERYTHING! There is so much going on that you don’t get answers to until the end of the book.. like literally right at the end of the book! But it’s so worth it!!

Wanted More
I loved the characters, plot twists and story line. After reading the Brayshaw series and The Deal Dilemma, I had higher expectations for this book. I did expect more steam and more of a spark when the characters finally got together. I felt like the book was leading with explosive chemistry, and fell a bit short when they finally claimed each other especially in comparison to her other books. In addition, I do wish the characters were older and not seniors in high school. However, at the same time, I know that the characters had challenges that were brought on by living at home with their parents. So in the end I understand that choice.Overall, a book I enjoyed but would probably never reread.

Needed each other
Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Couple: Nico & DemiGenre/ Trope: New Adult Romance / Fake dating, Slow burn**********“I deserve someone who will love me hard, want me despite my mistakes, and appreciates who I am because of them.”**********Finally read my first Meagan Brandy book. Fake it Til You Break It, was a fun, light, easy read, and I will definitely try reading more of her books. Nico and Demi find themselves in a fake dating situation with unclear lines, but it goes ways deeper than that. I really like the connection between these two, I will always be a sucker for shared past. This book moved fast, but was also a slow burn for the couple, the chemistry between them was hot. I really felt bad for both of them and their home situations, these two definitely needed each other. Dealing with so much drama, it was nice to see them work through it for each other so they could have their happy ending.**********Characters: ♥︎♥︎♥︎½Storyline: ★★★★Steam: ♨︎♨︎Enjoyment: ☆☆☆☆Feels: ♡♡POV: Dual - First person

Addicted!
I found this seriously addictive! This is my first book by this author and I can 100% guarantee it won’t be my last. I saw it recommended when I was looking at purchasing another of this authors titles so thought I’d give this a go first…. BEST DECISION EVER!I loved the characters, loved the premise, loved that it was obvious from the start how the H felt, loved that we got to fall in love with all of their friends and that the h was depicted as a strong female who was smart, sexy and popular! No stereotypical nerdy girl in this story!I honestly couldn’t put this down. I’m in love with Nico ❤️ (I’ve decided to just pretend he is not a 17 year old boy so it’s acceptable to have him as a book bf 🙄). This isn’t the steamiest read but it certainly has its moments. The characters connection to each other was just dreamy. Will be searching out Meagans other books!
