This kit includes everything, even adhesive on the pads that cover the screws. The parts don't all drop in, however. Heavy modification was required to get the support underneath the abxy buttons to fit as well as to the top back plate. Lots of plastic flashing needs to be removed with a razor blade. The final fit isn't quite Nintendo-spec, but for the price it works well and looks good.
