After owning this product for three years, I can confidently say it's durable. I've tried every band, particularly favoring the light and medium ones. They've stood the test of time, and I also use the ankle strap at the gym for cable machines.

I recently purchased these bands and used them twice over all. I immediately felt the difference in the resistance between these and every other band I've used before. They're easy to use but also give the resistance that's needed to fully feel your muscles contract during squats and abdominal workouts. I would buy these again!

These are so much better than the rubber bands that I had before. They are fabric with grips inside and they don't slip at all. They are super strong and I love them. I manage a gym and have used several brands. So far, I like these the best.

Everything (so far) is durable. The thickness of each item contributes to the quality (good). I’m enjoying the resistance bands the most. These are also thick, durable, and they don’t roll down while on your legs, during your work out. There are three resistance bands, and each has their own resistance level - high, medium and low resistance. They’re pretty accurate as far as the resistance goes; however, please note, these are the only resistance bands I have owned that are not latex. What makes the items even better is that they are inexpensive. I did remove one star because although the red tube band is of good quality, it’s super long (I am only 5’1” though). On certain exercises I have to wrap one end around my ankle. Other than that, I recommend!

For $20 this is an awesome deal. Everything is high quality, the ankle straps have a thick padding on them. The bands seem very durable and don’t slip. Very happy with this purchase!

Bought a cheaper pair and ended up throwing them out because they rolled up and hurt. These are amazing quality and durable. Don’t go cheaper or you’re literally wasting money trust me.

I am obsessed with this band set. They stay in place like no other band I have ever used. I am hoping the resistance doesn't wear down but still recommend. The extra band with the door stop is a great concept but the resistance is basically nothing. You may as well just use your leg weight.

I use these every morning. I like them a pot. I am a thick woman so they are definitely getting a good stretch when I use them. No roll up issues and no pinching. I'd recommend these to anyone.
