P0158
Got as a replacement for code P0158 since it had high voltage output, once replaced the voltage dropped and it’s operational now but I believe you also have to change the upstream like another review said because of the Toyota ECU, very simple to change, if you’re thin enough you can do it without lifting up the car it’s right by the radiator support on the bottom of the car, make sure car is cold lol. It might throw a misfire code after though but I wouldn’t worry about it unless you feel engine vibrates more

Right sensor, wrong connector.
This has the wrong connector for a 2008 Lexus Rx350. I had to splice on the old one. Not a big problem but a pain.

This is the correct part
I'm cheap and fooled around trying to spend under $25 for an aftermarket O2 sensor. All that did was to prolong my problem. Was it the top sensor, OR the bottom sensor, that was throwing the check engine light and error code? The error code reader is a bit cryptic, referring to "bank", but not really clear which sensor was the problem. As soon as I bought a reputable brand (Denso) AND decided to pay $50+, the problem was fixed. No more error codes. And this price is STILL MUCH CHEAPER than my local auto part store, for the same item. Pleased.

Fixed code P0420
My 2003 Camry LE 2.4L would give me the CEL occasionally when I would drive 85 MPH. I checked my Bluetooth scanner live data and the post-catalytic O2 sensor was oscillating too often when it should read steady between 0.5v - 0.8v. Rather than replacing the $800+ catalytic converter I decided to change both upstream and downstream O2 sensors and now my downstream reads steady between .5v - .7v and the code hasn’t come back after 1,000+ miles. Sensor works perfectly and I’m glad I replaced it.Make sure your Denso sensor is genuine. The fake ones will read “234-xxx”, the real ones will have a Denso part # and it will come picked inside a plastic bag along with a small tube of antiseaze

2006 Highlander Hybrid 3.3L - Code P0430
Check engine light was on in 2006 Highlander Hybrid 3.3L. Auto parts store scan showed code "P0430 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2". They said that meant either the catalytic converter or the O2 sensor behind it (downstream) was bad and suggested taking it to a mechanic. Took a gamble that it was the O2 sensor and ordered this part - 234-4149. Went with Denso brand since they are the OEM supplier to Toyota. 15 minutes to remove and install using a 7/8 inch crescent wrench. Although not suggested in install directions, went ahead and disconnected negative battery cable before starting. Reconnected battery cable and started car - problem solved. New sensor comes with small packet of anti-seize for threads so you don't need to order separately.
