Swanson Comprehensive Sleep Formula - Dual-Release Formula 30 Tabs

I highly recommend this sleep aid. I have a terrible time getting to sleep (usually 1/2 hour plus even when using most sleeping pills) but these pills have allowed me to fall asleep almost instantly when I lay down to sleep. That is great by itself, but I also have a terrible time staying asleep and this pill has allowed me to sleep peacefully mostly through the night without my usual constant wake ups! I have tried many different kinds of sleeping pills, including a 10 mg time release melatonin which helped some; however, this one with the added valerian root extract and GABA does a lot more to help me get to sleep and stay asleep peacefully. I also do usually have the tendancy to have busy dreams and this has settled that down a lot too.

This product is great. I used to wake up throughout the night and decided to try this. Now I sleep through the night. There’s no sleep hangover. The only thing I see that might be a downside is the size of the pill. It’s no too big but is bigger than an average pill.

Worked the first couple of days , after that nothing, didnt feel sleepy at all, may have lost its potency quickly

This helps me fall asleep & stay asleep as it is 5 mg of melatonin & then another 5 mg istime released.

Works better than any I've tried. I've tried just about ALL natural sleep formulas. Hope it continues to work as well for me as it has been. Ordering my 2nd bottle.

The smell . The manufacturer told me to contact you first , which I am doing . Then after I get a response from Amazon I will contact them again . Please help . This pill was to help me sleep and was recommended by a friend .

Unfortunately I didn’t do enough research on melantonin side effects before purchasing. A friend recommended this and it actually works pretty well, hence my 3 stars. Sadly I developed horrible, horrible stomach cramps with nausea and you know what comes after. It took me a few days to realize it was the supplement and not a stomach bug or food poisoning. Suffice it to say, it was a brutal 5 days. If you don’t have those side effects I think it works well.

I DO NOT GET TO SLEEP AS QUICKLY AS I WOULD LIKE, THOUGH QUICKER THAN OTHER PRODUCTS. BUT IT DEFINITELY DOES HELP ME SLEEP BETTER AND LONGER. I WILL BE ORDERING MORE.
