Easy Install - Better than Other Smarty 3-way Switches I have tried.
I have now installed these 3-way switches everywhere in my house. I control the lighting in 7 rooms with these switches.I have also installed the TreatLife single pole switches for all the rest of the lighting in my home as well as for 3 bathroom fans. I am up to a total of 27 smart switches to controll most everything in my 2,800 sq. ft. home. They all work with the SmartyLife app.I did all the installation work myself, once I understood how to wire the first switch, the rest were pretty easy to get in place. The 3 way switches were harder than the single pole but only because 3 way switches are harder. What I really liked about these switches is that they:1. Don't require a hub. (I have a Phillips light strip that requires a hub.. It causes me anger regularly.)2. Only requires 1 smart switch on the 3-way circuit. That way, I can do 1 smart 3-way switch and 1 dumb 3-wayswitch and I get the exact same functionality at half the price. (I mistakenly bought a smart 3-way pair in thepast that that had an "a" switch and "b" switch that both needed to be installed on the circuit to work. That way, I get to control my light for half the price and have the amount of smart switches potentially cloggingmy WIFI.3. They actually work the way they are supposed to.Other smart switches I have used in the past don't integrate well with Google Home. For example, Google couldn't tell if my light was on or off with my previous smart 3-way brand I had tried.I suspected I had just made a mistake in wiring the thing, so I hired an electrician to come and take a look.NOPE... It was wired correctly and the issue was either the switch itself, or with Google.Either way, that 3-way set got tossed in the trash after I confirmed the TreatLife switches worked correctly and could tell the difference between the on and off position.I have had most of the single pole switches installed for over a year and the 3-way switches installed for about 3 months. All of them work great and I have had not issues with them.

Excellent Quality for the Price!
This is the fourth Treatlife switch I have installed in my house. Installation and setup is a breeze, but do not attempt to install on your own unless you are familiar with household wiring. 115v does not feel good when it's running through your body. Best to leave it to a licensed electrician if you're unsure how to check voltage with a multimeter and confirm wires are not "hot".These switches have a nice, quality feel when you push them. My other three switches were installed over a year ago and they still look, feel and function as new. This was my first 3 way switch installation, and it was no surprise that it worked right out of the box after a 10 minute installation. Alexa immediately recognized the new device.

Outstanding Customer Service but disappointing as a 4-way switch
My experience shows how outstanding customer performance can overcome a disappointing limitation in a product. Before purchasing the TreatLife smart switch I made sure it could be used in a 4-way circuit. I received the switch with detailed, easy to understand instructions on how to install the switch in a 4-way circuit. After installing I checked the switch manually by turning on and off all three switches in the 4-way circuit. Everything worked indicating the wiring was correct. I then used the TreatLife app to turn the switch on/off. The app worked fine, and the status showed on/off correctly. However, when I tried to use the Alexa iphone app to turn the switch on and off it took two presses of the on/off icon to change the lights from on to off and the Alexa status continued to show ON. I Contacted TreatLife support via email and had a same day response back. After a number of back-and-forth emails where support explained potential problems in a 4-way circuit, I decided that it wasn't worth my trouble to uninstall the switch and try it on a 3-way circuit to see if the switch was okay. I informed support that I could live with using the TreatLife app to turn the lights on and off remotely. To my surprise, i received an email offering me an $8 refund for my trouble. I declined the refund. BUT the next day, Amazon informed me I had received an $8.00 refund from TreatLife. Outstanding support.

Good product, failed after 4 years though
Replacement for an older switch. I like how they work with Alexa and consider the product good. Things just don't last forever. I've replaced about 4 so far out of 12 but they seem to last about 4 years.

This smart 3-way switch works well as all my TreatLife smart switches do.
I used this 3-way smart switch to convert my single patio light switch to a smart 3-way configuration. For the conversion, you just need one smart 3-way switch and one standard (not so smart) 3-way switch. The switch box with the smart 3-way switch must have a neutral (white) wire. The box with the standard 3-way switch does not need a neutral wire. Now I have the smart 3-way switch inside my home and the standard 3-way switch outside in the patio area in a weatherproof box. This small upgrade makes my patio feel more like a living space. All my smart switches are from TreatLife and am very pleased with all of them. When I made the conversion, I saved the smart single switch. Several months later, I converted my master bedroom light switch with the saved smart switch.

Love these switches
We replaced all of the regular switches in our home last year with single pole smart switches. Easy to install. Turned off power to breaker box because we are not electricians. Hardest part was pushing all the wires far enough back to get the switch to mount flush with wall. Easy to install app and immediately linked to alexa.THE BEST SWITCH placement was for the garbage disposal. Now I can turn it off and on while washing dishes without touching the switch with dirty, wet, greasy hands.I love the tiny light at the bottom of the switch. They give off just enough light in the dark that you can find your way around. When we went on vacation, we were able to turn on and off lights at different intervals to make it look like we were home.BONUS...last week I was leaving for work. I said bye Alexa have a good day and she responded, you left the master bedroom closet light on, would you like me to turn it off. Woot. It saved me electricity. This company has been great and we love their products. We have only replaced a couple plugs with smart plugs, but that's our next project and a smart thermostat and doorbell.I ordered three 3way switches over Thanksgiving. Yesterday I received a msg that I refused delivery and they were returned. When I called Amazon they checked and the delivery driver said I refused delivery at 3 am. Amazon thought that was strange. No one delivers pkgs at 3 am. So we placed a 2nd order. I hope to get them this time.

Awesome 3 way Smart Switch for a Great price
Important: For the 3 way switch to work properly BOTH switches must me properly wired even if the second is not a Smart Switch.I had used a Treatlife smart switch for my driveway lights and it has worked great for months so i decided to give their 3 way switch a try. I was able to install the switch myself and I am not handy at all. Since installation it has worked great with my Alexa app and is still just as good as a push button switch for my wife who doesn't want to do the whole smart switch thing. I have one circuit with 2 smart 3 way switches and one that has one smart switch and one regular switch. For the circuit with 2 smart switches it works best if only one is connected to Alexa as the "control" switch. They both work perfectly fine manually but only one is associated with my internet and the other is just an accessory switch to make the circuit work. I suggest doing this if you want to keep things simple.the Treatlife 3 way switch also works fine with a manual 3 way switch on the other end. But i think having 2 is the best so they can "communicate" properly. I have found that with the manual "non-smart" switch on the other end I may have to push the button 2 times. the first it is sending a signal to the other switch and it may think it turned the light on when it didn't. this hasn't been an issue when controlling it from my smart phone or Alexa but if you like to push the button manually know that you may have to push it 2 times. Once they make a 3 way dimmer I will replace the manual dimmer and it should work properly.Overall I love their product and will continue to purchase this brand in the Future. Always be sure to wire them properly or have an electrician help you if you cant figure out which wires are which in you house.

Works great - mostly
I have several Treatlife devices and this one has been probably the most frustrating for me. Install was easy and the first day everything appeared to work as expected. The next day, I asked my Echo Dot to turn the switch on and it reported it was offline.I went into the Treatlife app and the device initially showed as offline then showed online a moment later. However, it no longer reported a signal reading from my WiFi and using the "Check Device Network" function resulted in "Searched Device is not nearby."I reached out to Treatlife support. They had me go through various resets of the device including manually configuring the AP info. I explained that it's in a 3 gang box, next to another Treatlife smart switch reporting -40 RSSI so it definitely isn't a signal issue (and it has line of sight to my AP). We eventually figured out that after the reset the device would work, but after 12 hours it would go offline. I repeated this test multiple times, every time it was after 12 hours that the 3-way switch would fall offline.Eventually I tried using another AP, just to rule that out. Surprisingly, that worked. I then set to figuring out the config differences between my original one and the temp one. My current AP, an EnGenius EWS377APv3, was configured to use WPA2/WPA3 for all my SSID's. The temp/test AP I used (ASUS RT-AC86U) was operating on WPA2 only. I then set the EnGenius AP to WPA2 only and the 3-way smart switch remained online past 12 hours without issue.I provided the info to Treatlife support who in turn engaged Tuya. Ultimately they said they couldn't recreate it and asked if I could just leave my AP in WPA2 only mode instead of mixed WPA2/WPA3. I offered to pull logs of any kind but there is no remote connectivity into the device and it would require soldering connections to the device to configure serial access (more effort than I care to do). It is frustrating that of the other Treatlife devices I have, this is the only one reacting in this way.Ultimately the switch itself works well now that the connectivity issue has been discovered/worked around. I set the SSID for those devices to WPA2 only for now. I'm hoping that a firmware update at some point will resolve the issue of mixed mode connectivity.

Great buy
I very much like the new design of these switches better than the older version. It was easy to install and setup into my WiFi for both Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The bonus with this design is that they seem to have fixed the issue with it not working properly with group/room commands. On the old design, if you told Google or Alexa to turn it on when it was already on, it would turn it off, and vice versa. This issue is no more with this version of the switch. It's also cheaper in that only the switch where the power comes into the first switch is needed to make it work, so you don't need to have two of them to make it work like you do with some other switches. A standard "ordinary" 3 pole switch for the second switch in the circuit works just fine.

Great switches. Easy to set up and install
These switches very good value. Best instructions I have ever seen for this type of switch that make it very easy to install. Set-up was a breeze with the Smart-Life app. They seamlessly integrate with Alexa. I also bought a 3-way switch after installing these.

Decent unless you have a dimmer
The switch was easy to install and the instructions were pretty clear. Unfortunately if you're planning on putting a dimmer on the same circuit, it wont work. One switch stopped working for a bit of time then magically restarted, I've contacted customer service to no avail but overall the product seems decent, if slightly prone to disconnecting.

Great device, works as promised
The setup was very easy, the instructions are very good and easy to follow. Just make a note it only works on 2.5Ghz wifi. So check your wifi to ensure that before you buy.

Excellent product for a very short time then it sucks.
Rewrite: out of all the sets I bought the last one stopped working after 3 months. Disregard original post below.I would give it more stars if possible. Out of my many Alexa devices this was the easiest to hook up by far. I just pressed the add button and within moments it hooked itself up. Something that take several minutes to hours to do with the switches. I will have this my brand of choice. I would recommend ๐
