Awsome Tape
This tape is awesome! Appears to have magical powers. I applied the tape during a dry day, and within a month, it seemed to grow legs and wanted to migrate elsewhere from my steps... just look at the pictures! The manufacturer is from overseas and is awesome also. I asked for a refund and replacement and magically, went away with my money, but to their credit, the warranty is only 30 days. 30 DAY WARRENTY FOR OUTDOOR TAPE... shame on me. This is my 5th review of this product, but for some reason Amazon will not post, doubt if this one will, but hey, it has the Amazon Choice label assigned to this this product. It's all good. My money is in your pocket. I feel better now... what's for lunch?

Lasted less than week. Rained 5 days later and came unglued. Going back with 3M
I have an entry way that has was tiled. When we bought our home 7 years ago, I installed 4" wide 3M grip tape that I purchased at the hardware store (that no longer carries this product). The 3M grip tape is still in very good condition and has never peeled anywhere or came loose. During that original install I kept a small piece of the 3M tape with the backing for future reference. On to about 7 years later (2 weeks ago) I wanted to fill in some more area and found this product at a good price with lots of positive reviews. Order was received as expected. When I began the install I compared the EdenProducts to 3M. The 3M product is about twice as thick, but I did not have an issue with that. During the install I cleaned the tile surfaces very well, cut the strips, peeled off the backing and applied. The product is easy to cut with ordinary scissors. My photo on the right is immediately after I installed the (dark black smaller strips) EdenProducts Grip Tap / non-slip along with the 7 year old 3M grip tape (dullest black wide strips) in the middle. The install happened on a Sunday. The following Friday it rained, and the new EdenProducts Anti-slip tape slid on the tile surface when I stepped on it that evening. It lost it's adhesion to the tile surface. The next day/today I very easily lifted all the EdenProducts tape off the tile and threw it all away.

Good Stuff, may be worth five stars, time will tell
I peeled up a big name competitors no slip tape off my deck after it buckled and started peeling after what I thought was too short a time.I ordered this tape based on the reviews to replace the very high dollar name brand tape and because it was 1/4 the price and the reviews are good. This tape is almost as thick as the other brand that cost 4X as much, it seems to have the same scruffiness as the other and the adhesive is very good quality. Take your time installing it, once it is down you really can't peel it up to redo it. I don't think you can beat the value.I will add an update after this tape has lived through a winter of snow and ice.

Best Solution for No-Slip Steps on Any Surface
Got my anti-slip tape a few days ago and put it on our inside steps to the second story -- typical older house with 1 bath upstairs. No kids, but a wife who insists on falling down the steps because she says they're slippery. Nine-foot ceilings means 14 stair steps. I cut them into 2-foot lengths so I have 5 feet left over, which I plan to use outdoors. Cutting with scissors was easy; I rounded the corners to make sure they didn't get caught when cleaning. Marked 4" in from the wall side so the treads would be straight. Peeled the backing paper off half way, the long way. and folded it down, which made it easier to get them on straight. I put them close to the front edge of the step, about an eighth of an inch. Got the front on straight and pulled off the rest off the backing. I used a wood block and hammer to smack each tape tread so it would stick good. I hope I don't ever need to get these off; they stick extremely well. These are wooden steps, stained at one time but wearing down from use, so they actually look better with the tape treads in place. I thought about rounding the tape over the nose of each step and stapling under the front edge, but then I'd have needed to put another piece in the center of the step. The tape would need to be at least 6" wide for this to be practical, but doing this is possible if you need the tape to round over the front edge of the step. Keep in mind though that going up the steps will eventually scuff up the toe top of your shoes if you're not really careful. The 80 grit surface seems to be just about right; lots of traction but still not so rough I can't walk on them barefoot. Time will tell how well these will hold up, but they appear to be well made so I expect a reasonably long life. The 4 inch width is a good size as it only takes one per step; with the two inch tape you need to put down two tape strips, and that's a lot more work. I bought two rolls of tape because I have basement steps (also wood) which I'll do next, and a pair of cement steps both front and back outside. My only concern with using this tape outside is whether it will stick well enough in the winter to avoid being ripped off with a snow shovel, but judging by the tape I put down inside, I don't think that will be a problem. It's convenient, easy to use, customizable, and does the job really really well, so I give this tape a 5-star rating. If the tape doesn't hold up under use for a fair amount of time I'll revise my rating, but for now definitely 5 stars.

Start with a clean, dry dust free surface.
Waited before giving this review. Most important thing we did to make this work was to start with a clean, dry, dust free surface. My husband pressure washed our wooden deck with water only. Let it dry on a very hot stretch. Then just before he applied it he used the blower to remove dust etc. We have had two weeks of downpours and it’s holding fast. 5 stars!

Bad quality
This product is horrible, with in 2 days it peeled right off. We had it set for a day then the next day it rained, and it peeled off in a few hrs. I was hopen it would work but it failed

Grippy Surface and Strong Adhesive
I make custom wobble and rocker boards for pre- and re-habilitation mobility and balance training. Having a quality, non-skid surface is a significant comfort and safety issue. I've purchased several different types of anti-slip tape on eBay and have been disappointed in the lack of grittiness or ineffective adhesive. The Eden tape is outstanding. It was competitively priced, has a grippy 80-grit surface, the adhesive is strong and the tape cuts easily for applying in custom patterns. I'm very pleased and will purchase this tape again in the future.

Great in the Sunny weather!
I just got this in the mail and there is quite a bit for the price you pay. Basically, it is sticky sandpaper tape. I know it's 4 inches wide, but it looks wider once you get it. It was easy to install and easy to cut. It seems to stick well, but it is a sunny day and the rail test is during our raining season. I am a little skeptical that it will stick throughout all the rain, but I will use contact cement if it lifts.I will do a "follow-up" to this review, if it does start to lift. If I haven't followed up, then you can assume that it is still awesome.

Installed while having a baby!
I slipped on these tile steps when I was 39 weeks pregnant. I ordered this adhesive tape because I was terrified of falling on them with babe in arms. They arrived quickly, but then I went into labour. While in labour I decided to wash the steps and install these grip tape strips. As you can see, they are uneven - because my water broke while I was cutting them. I installed them while in labour, talking to the midwife and my inlaws on the phone. Baby is now almost 3 months old and no one has slipped on these steps! The roll is huge, so I shared some with my mother in law for her steps, and my sister in law for her balcony. Overall, I'm going to say that this is easy to install and they work great and could save a life. Thanks for the great product :).

Sticks well to treated wood
We built a ramp down from our deck into an enclosed dog run for our elderly German shepherd, since she was doing a number on our grass. She wasn't entirely comfortable going down the ramp, and so I bought this tape and applied it. I wasn't sure it would stick to the wood, but so far it has been very, very good. We've had a lot of rain and the tape is still sticking solidly to the treated wood the ramp is made of.It adds a lot of traction to a slippery surface, and I can see myself using it on the deck stairs which also become a little slippery when it rains.Good product, good value.

Will not remain stuck to my stairs!
This product was easy to apply and looks great on the step. Unfortunately after just 1 week, the ends became unstuck as well as parts of the middle of some steps. What use is this product if it becomes unstuck and I slip and fall again? Do I now need to go and buy glue to hold it in place? This was a total waste of time and money! I would return it if I could but it's cut into length and applied to my stairs.

Poduct reviews
I haven't install the tape yet but will be doing it within the next two week. In your note, you mention that very few people respond to the review request. I believe it's because Amazon only accepts positive review. I've purchased a lot of products from Amazon and for the most part was satisfied, but for every product that I've given a negative review, Amazon rejected the review. For that reason I will no longer respond to product review requests.
