Gluggle Jug, White Rooster, Extra Large (10-inch)

I ordered this for my son's fiance. She is Chinese and since 2017 is the year of the rooster, I thought it would make a good gift. She loved it! She loved the humor of the "gluggle" and yes, the rooster gluggles just like the fish! She loved the thought behind the gift too.

Came with a dime size chip out of the base. Also has a price tag of $6.00 even though I paid a lot more than that and even tho I sent a picture, I have to send it back to get a replacement😐

Seems that the picture shows one rooster that has hand painted colors that are variants of reds and browns, with details in the feet, beak, neck and tail...but the first one I ordered was completely bright red - the whole jug was simply dipped! So I called Amazon and they went over what it was I was looking for and they found this one, and sent me the one that was multi-colored with reds and browns...or so they thought! Again - got an all red DIPPED (one color) rooster! Ugh! Finally, the item was returned and a full refund was requested and granted. Don't waste your time with this purchase. You will not get what you hope to get and it is WEEKS between ordering and delivery as well as WEEKS to get a refund once they can't get the order right. ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, no matter how many times you order it.

Very high quality. Beautifully crafted. Purchased as a gift for addition and it will be loved for generations. Fits nice in an old farmhouse decor.

Like one of the previous reviewers, the gluggle jug is not as pictured; it is a solid color. I will keep it anyway.
