Do we need a external stabilizer or is it coming with inbuilt?

I don't think there is any need for a stabilizer for use in the USA or Canada. We have been using this particular grinder for quite sometime with no issues.

Are you looking for the difference between Grind+ Gold and Ultra PerfectS? Lock arm goes across all the way in Grind+ Gold. In PerfectS, it stops in the middle of the drum, so it is easier to add the ingredients into the drum

How do we clean the stone portions? Using water alone or can we apply dish washing soap as well?

Here are the cleaning steps:Before using for the first time:Remove the roller stones from the roller shaft by loosening the nut at the wider end of the stone.Use pipe cleaner and clean the hole in the roller stone.Use soap and water to clean stones, roller holder, stainless steel drum, atta kneader, spatula etc. Assemble them back and start using.Cleaning after each use:1. Remove as much batter from the roller stones and the drum as possible.2. Place the roller stone assembly back in the stainless steel drum.3. Add one cup of water to the drum.4. Switch on the unit.5. Water cleans the batter in the crevices and hard to reach places6. Switch off the unit.7. Use the water (along with residual batter) with the already ground mixture.8. Remove the roller stone assembly.9. Rinse it well with running water.10. Turn the roller stone assembly upside down.11. Clean the batter inside the tube at the bottom of the roller holder using a baby tooth brush and running water12. Rinse the drum well. 13. Finally use dishwashing soap and clean all the parts.14. Rinse well. 15. Dry the drum and stones before assembling it back for storage.Do not use any of the grinder parts in dishwasher.For more tips on use and care, refer to Innoconcepts.com
