NutraJoint Powder
Let me say up front, it taste terrible. I usually have a sweet chaser while I hold my nose. With that being said, it works! It's just that simple. I have used it as part of my joint survival regimen since I turned 45. It helped me to recover mobility in my back, arms, legs, neck and feet. I can run again and bend and pick up my puppies. I can ride a bike without cringing in pain. When I don't use it I can certainly feel the difference. I use the Knox Joint tablets, powder, and Drinkables jointcare together every other day. My knees no longer make that terrible noise, and the pain is completely gone. It's got me walking again. I recently had blood work done and my counts were perfect for bone health. The price at retail distributors is outrageous (drugstore chains and mega stores). They charge as much as $30 per container today. When I started using it 7 years ago, it was only $9.50. I only order from Amazon vendors. I pay half the price, get more for my dollars, and timely delivery.

Nutrajoint products discontinued!
Just a couple of months ago I was able to get NutraJoint without the glucosamine for less than $15 a can, and with glucosamine for about $18. But now the prices are skyrocketing, if you can get it at all, apparently because Osteo Bi-Flex has discontinued the Nutrajoint products because of weak sales. Crap! This is a disaster for me! I've actually been taking the version without glucosamine, because I already take pills with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM. But Nutrajoint is the only thing that actually makes my hip pain go away! No kidding. If I stop taking it for a week or so, the pain comes back. And after I start taking it again, the pain will go away within a week. The other pills aren't enough...if they do any good at all. And I've tried taking an equivalent amount of plain Knox gelatine powder, but for some reason it doesn't work. I had to go back to the Nutrajoint. I called Osteo Bi-Flex at 1-888-848-2435 and told them that I really need this product. I hope lots of other people will do the same.

Amazing for dogs, probably for two-legs as well...
So...this company makes/made this product in powder form and pill form. GET THE POWDER. FORGET THE PILLS.I started buying this for a dog, not me. She developed an autoimmune disorder and then the prednisone she was put on to manage it gave her Cushing's. Sad face. Not to mention as she aged her joints naturally got achy. She just wasn't herself.Initially I only bought this for her because it is CRAZY CHEAPER than the dog chewables with glucosamine and to add insult to injury the chewables give less active ingredient. Balls!! You get way more glucosamine for your dollar with this product.Well, since it's not a canine product you have to experiment with the dosage. Too much and you'll know because it upsets the tummy. But about six weeks later we knew we'd hit the sweet spot because she was like a new dog.She could get up and lie down easily. She was more active and perky on walks. The day I came home and she jumped up on her hind legs to greet me (which is an undesirable behavior, yes, but she hadn't done it for YEARS) I cried a bit.If we ran out and hadn't been able to get to the store or the store was out of stock, you could TELL the difference. She would get markedly less active over a couple weeks. Then we’d start up the regimen again and POOF- perky dog!She went over the rainbow bridge years ago, but I still have large breeds, so we still use it.I strongly recommend this for dogs. I have no knowledge of whether it's cat safe, but this is an excellent product.I keep trying to convince my man to take it. He has many old ranching/football injuries and used to take the capsule version of this and pronounced it utterly useless, interestingly. So he doesn't see the point in bothering with this. And sadly, he might be right because the company has currently discontinued the powder product in favor of the pricey, useless pills. I personally have written the company requesting its return even if it's only, say, an online exclusive. *SEE EDIT BELOW*I have a stockpile of maybe three cans, but even though I know it to be effective it seems cruel to get someone attached to what they can't have.Write the company and demand the return of the glucosamine-spiked version of NutraJoint!!!You will not be sorry if they bring it back and you don't have to pay a Benjamin and a half for one lousy jar of product.EDIT FALL 2017:Errrrmaagerrrd they listened to us!!! They brought it back! Obviously I have it on subscription now. I WILL get my stubborn man to take this if I have to lace his coffee. The dogs are back on it and doing well. Don’t wait till they get limpy and sad- start before the joint wears out!! As a side note, while on the subject of product meant for humans also working for dogs for less cost...if you DO have an elderly dog, combine this NutraJoint with ‘MCT oil’ (there’s a ton of brands). You WILL see a change in their mental perkiness. I’ll have a separate review but..do it.

I thought the powder would be as good but my shoulder problems haven't diminished after using it ...
I used to take the Bio-flex pills but they were so huge that I struggled with swallowing them. I decided to try taking the powder which is completely tasteless and mixes well with juice, but after taking it for a month I am not excited with the results. I noticed with the pills a problem I've had with my shoulder really subsided. I thought the powder would be as good but my shoulder problems haven't diminished after using it every night for a month. I think I will try something else.

00 a can so had to look AT the ingredients and found good substitutes that I still use
I started using this over 20 years ago and help so much with joints. I had to quit using because somehow the prices went up to over $60.00 a can so had to look AT the ingredients and found good substitutes that I still use. Just a year ago found they dropped the price so it is affordable again now I still buy it but give it to my husband because the substitutes of collagen and gelatin (there are differences) I found are working great for me and my husband has been taking it and at 71 has no joint pain still working over 40 hours a day. PRAISE THE LORD!

It's Back! Osteo Bi=Flex is marketing this product again!
I am so happy that Osteo Bi-flex started making this product again after they took over Knox. This product is great and helps my knees so much. This and one other product are the only ones I trust with my aging joints. It is very easy to use as 1 scoop mixed with , in my case, juice is all I need. Helps me so much in my work. Others use this to help with their skin and hair but I consider the benefits in increased joint flexibility to be my top priority.
