No Rack Mount Kit included. Be aware
The switch itself is great. Please beware despite being advertised as rack mountable I was not supplied any kit and instead directed to use 2 included zip ties which wouldn’t have worked well. I ended up buying a shelf as I liked the switch but wanted it on my rack.

Expensive but very reliable
Well made and very simple to use. Given that Ethernet is a no fail option, this kit delivers what is required.

Defective product
Bought the switch in October 2023, had project delayed until now. I briefly tested the switch when it arrived, it functioned but was loud. I thought nothing of it, as it was on for less than a minute.Finished the project installation today and the switch is as loud as a hair dryer. Contacted support, after an hour of back and forth - they issued and RMA with out of pocket cost for me and me having to be without the switch for the replacement time.Unacceptable.
