OK, I love this book. It is a great book. If you are counting carbs and calories it is made so easy to understand this thing I love it. It’s amazing and if you’re having it in the kitchen and everything you can’t mess it up because you could just wipe it clean. I would definitely buy it again if I needed it, but I can’t see anything happen into it. It’s very durable.

This keto diet chart is so handy. The back cover is a magnet! Just slap it on your fridge door. When I flip up the pages (while chart is on fridge, the flipped up pages stay up and dont flip down while you are trying to read.) A very small but very nice feature. I just peel the chart off fridge and take it with me when I shop. This is actually handier than a chart on cell phone. MUCH bigger print! Hah!
