I Love You-A-Round Qualatex 18" Clear Balloons x 25 - Stuffing or Air Fill

The balloon seemed good quality until we began to fill. They began to pop like if it was old latex! In order to stuff 3 balloons I gag to go through 12 balloons...not a good ratio! Just because you purchase “NEW” balloons, does not mean they send you “NEW” balloons!
