Best All in one printer EVER
It makes beautiful color prints. I've never had any trouble with it since getting it NEW about 5 or 6 years ago. It comes with HP eprint, does banners and double-sided, scans and faxes multiple page documents...I love it. Since I got it, the price has more than doubled. The only thing I don't like is, it goes through ink faster than I would like. Buy the XL cartriges if you plan on using it regularly.

The worst printer ever...
Not only is this a ink hog when it does work most of the time I'm trying to clear paper jams that are impossible to get out because of the design...don't buy it.
