I’ve been taking these calcium tablets for a long time. They seem to work. The tablets are a little big. It would be nice to be able to take only 1 daily instead of 3

Everyone should take this.
This is the very first vitamin/mineral that I choose for myself. I was in my twenties and I have taken this calcium every since. That was multiple decades ago. My doctor does a bone density test every two years and the last test showed that I have the bone density of someone in their thirties. Two years ago I stepped on an acorn and it rolled under my shoe and ended up falling on my hip on a curb. The only thing that happened to me was that I got a really big purple black bruise. No breaks, no fractures or any other issues. Thanks to taking the calcium for over forty years.

Great way to take magnesium and calcium
I love the gummies and they taste good. Sometimes they can stick together and it can be difficult getting them out but I manage.
