Q: Has anyone used this for children at 18 months? What are the downsides to having this around?

Used it for a very active 18 month old. Feel it is very safe because of the bar across the back. We push it up against the kitchen island and he stands in it and has a snack. Before using this he would push a chair up and then crawl up and stand on the chair. It is very sturdy and he loves climbing in it and standing up.
