What is the drop on this shoe?

These are said to be zero drop shoes, according to another website. The drop of a shoe is identified by the heel to toe offset. For example, if a shoe's stack height--the amount of material between the ground and foot--on the heel is 24mm and the forefoot/toe area is 18mm, then there is a 6mm drop. Majority of shoes will have some sort of offset. A zero drop shoe will have an equal heel to toe stack height.

I wear a womens 7-7.5 usually, are these mens sizes or womens?

The title clearly states: "Reebok Work Men's" I hope that clears up any confusion you may have.

Are these ANSI approved work boots?

Yes these men's Reebok Savoy 1910s are AN S I approved My work dictates that I must wear ANSI approved work shoes and these indeed are.This is my second pair buying from Amazon. They are a great shoe and very comfortable.

Composite toe shoes, great to work, little heavier than any regular sneakers but a lot of lighter than any steel toe boots.
