Simple, easy to hang and easy to mount the skull. I have taken to Gorilla gluing the lower jaw onto the skull, and that really sets the mount off, since these brackets angle the skull out away from the wall enough, which makes for a more anatomically correct head mount, and if the black color puts you off, spray paint it the color of your wall and you (read your wife) will never notice it...

Worked great, saved a lot of time. 4 stars because the included screws were wrong. Should have had pan heads instead of drywall screws. Back of mount may need to be ground at matching angle to wall so that it does not teeter. Cutting a piece of velcro 3m strip to size of ground flat base makes it very sturdy and removable incase you get a better trophy. I will buy more as soon as the wife warms up to these.

Very nice product! Installation only took a minute & it holds my impala skull perfectly! I love that it doesn’t damage the skull, and the skull seems to be very securely held to the wall. I will definitely buy again in the future! Not sure if it would work with some of the other larger game animals that have backwards sweeping horns/antlers, but it worked with the impala so I think it would work well for most similar sized antelope.

We retunrned them. It did not secure the wieght of the mount at all. It needs more then the one piece of metal, it needs 3 to help secure it. Was not safe to leave it. Some of our mounts have more wieght on one side. It would hang lopsided due to the excess weight on the one side.

Worked great for Whitetail deer mounts. I only used the top screw hole, due to using anchors in drywall. It holds fine, doesn't move at all. I like how the mount holds the head in a more natural position.

I'll tell you what I like!! This European mount! Product is extremely simple to use. It's very strong and can be used to European mount virtually any animal! I will definitely be buying more of these in the future. Packaging was excellent, and instructions were clear. Comes with everything you need to quickly mount to the wall.
