151122 Oring Compatible with Big Blue, Pentek, Pentair O-Ring OEM Size 6 Pieces

Our water softener company has stopped replacing whole-house filters (liability I guess) so I will be doing it myself from now on. I ordered the proper filter to fit our 10"x4.5" filter system. I wasn't sure when the o-ring was last replaced and as this is the bit that prevents leaks I decided to order new o-rings as well. These were advertised as fitting the size of filter holder we have so I made the purchase. They come in sealed plastic bags and are already lubricated, nice. The fit was perfect, forming a tight seal around the canister. The fit is snug but it is easy to install the o-ring without tools, just slip it over the top of the canister and push it down. It works perfectly and has made a water-tight seal. The package includes multiple o-rings so you could change them when you change the filter. Our water company used to replace the filters twice per year and the o-rings once per year so I think I'll follow that schedule. I'll have sufficient o-rings for several years. Since they are sealed I have no qualms about keeping them around for that long.

I used one of the O rings and they appear to be an excellent fit. No leakage to date.

The price of theses were really good, but we're a little thin in thickness. However we actually use them for a fetch toy for our cat and she approves

Other brand tried was not quite the correct circumference. Here the price was great, they fit, and they work.

They Fit! I have purchased several different O Rings for my Big Blue housing. Although most were acceptable, they were large enough that they did not fit neatly in the groove of the canister. These were exactly the right size and made installing the unit easy. Well worth the price. I just ordered a second set.

According to the specification listed, this O-ring is supposed to be good for both Pentek and AquaFlo Big Blue housing. I tried to install in the past weekend, and found that it was only good for the Pentek filter housing, but I have difficulty trying to use it on the AquaFlo 10" filter housing, as it kept leaking even with application of the silicone gel

This product is not the size as stated They are too thin to seal my 20 inch big blue cannisters, so they won't seal and they leak. I twice requested a refund, but never heard back from them. I have nowrequested a formal refund via Amazon and now have to wait for 7 days to know if it is approved. Not recommended.

Was getting quoted $110 for one of these and got 6 for a fraction of the price, so so happy, thank you so so much, now hope it doesn't leak
