This item is so handy for the kitchen since ours has hardwood floors. We don’t have to worry about filling heavy pots. Also of note: we have not noticed any sagging or any discoloration of the hardware. Still happy with our purchase! **So far very impressed with this piece. On a whim, we decided to install a pot filler for our kitchen remodel.The piece is solid it doesn’t feel cheap. The arms extend and there’s two shut off valves. The arm reaches all of our burners on a 30 in stove.It’s modern and id consider it to be “brushed brass” with more of a gold green warm tone-not polished brass or very warm.It does come with some hardware -some tape, screws with drywall anchors, tiny set screw with Allen key to secure the pot filler and even an extra screw- which I thought was a nice touch from the seller.But the tape was not good quality and I wouldn’t use it. Instructions were also very vague but we watched a few YouTube videos to assist us.So far, no leaks but it is newly installed.The flow is controlled with the handle and does not splash out of the pot at all.As many do, I had a lot of trouble matching up brass colors. If you want a close matching sink faucet-havin has a brushed gold one and I bought “brushed brass” oskar pulls from atlas hardware.I’d say for the price—I’m very happy with my purchase. I’d say it would be hard to justify spending hundreds on a pot filler.

After many tries, the thread tape does not work at all to stop leaks. Go to the hardware store and buy thread sealer to coat both male ends....after that, works like a charm.

First of all, this is a beautiful faucet. It is very heavy and appears very well made. However, it began leaking after only 10 months of use. This is supposed to have a 5-year limited warranty, but when you click on the contact seller button, it says to go directly to the website. I can not find a website for Ekrte. I love the look of this faucet, but from other reviews, I can tell that the leaking problem is obviously a common problem. Very disappointed.

Installation was easy but It started leaking in the first week. Had to reinstall. Let’s see how long it lasts.
