Window handles
I gave them a 5 star because the only thing wrong was, the only crank that fit was on kitchen window. Not the manufacturers fault or Amazon.

Perfect replacement
Our casement window never had a good handle and the splines were a bit stripped. This went right on and was capable of tightening down on the stripped splines.

The size that hardware stores don’t carry.
Needed a replacement handle since window couldn’t be pulled in enough to lock closed. Older window so hardware stores only have special order.

Crank Arm too short, and cheaply made
The crank arm is an inch shorter than it should be making it really hard to open/close window. Also, not thrilled that pin-screw is phillips#1 rather than allen key - can't get it very tight.
