Fun and engaging game for 5-9 years of age
Very amazing and fun game for kids of this age group. This is the perfect age group where kids knows the words, can recognise things but dont know how to spell them. This is kind of picture scrabble. Each player gets 5 cards and you dont have to show them to other players. One player starts by putting 2 pieces that have some connection, like eggs and milk, as they go together in breakfast or milk and cow. Next player has to "connect" one piece from his pile to the pieces already available and have to explain why they think it has a connection, if all agrees, it connects, or he has to choose another. At every turn you can either place a piece, replace one of your piece or pass your turn. At all times, the players must have 5 cards with them. Once you put one down, you have to pick random card without seeing from the bag, just like scrabble. The game says 6 but we keep 5 pieces for our own convenience and not to overwhelm the kids. We successfully did the whole scrabble, very engaging and fun game for kids 5-7 years of age.

FUN FUN FUN โฆand educational
This game is FUN. I bought this game to use in speech therapy with my students, but I found kids like this game even when theyโre not at school. My 6 year old niece had fun playing this game with me at home. In the speech therapy setting, it worked great for helping students working on word associations (chicken & egg, dirt & worm), categories and even just forming sentences with โbecauseโ. For kids that find it too difficult to play domino-style, you can just have them make sets of two.

Great for our family
I bought this as a gift for my kids (10 and 7) and we play it as a family. They love the game! Itโs easy for them to learn and really challenges their creativity and ability to categorize. As a teacher, I love games that are fun and educational!

Simple game, fun word and reasoning-learning. Lots of laughs.
I bought this to adapt to a game we can use at American Sign Language classes and meetups to practice vocabulary. We use a small adaptation to the rules, which requires a player to communicate the sign or fingerspell the words being compared, and then sign their reason for the connection. It works super well for simple signs and sentences, and I can see why it would be great for kids learning language and reasoning. For U.S. players, there are a few words that are British (tyre comes to mind), and for our ASL-needs, some are more specific than needed (like sparrow instead of just bird), but it works well. I am glad I got it and shared my ruleset with people on my ASL group. Just wish this was listed on BoardGameGeek so we could share this with more gamers!
