383EER3001J Washer Shock Absorber Replacement for LG Washers - 3 Pack - 1 Year Warranty

Replaced all three shocks on my 12 year old LG WM2455 washer. It was having the usual symptoms of more-than-ocassional "un balanced load" error messsages and the unit wobbled as it spun.watch the youtube videos on the install. there are a few. only need a few tools and some time. took me about an hour and a half. getting the old pins out takes some effort, but doable. One was very uncooperative--so I cut the head off with my dremel and tapped it out easily

Our washing machine was vibrating badly. Replacing the old shock absorbers with these fixed the issue!

I was having major noise issues as well as my clothes not getting clean. My husband and son tore my washing machine apart and found the problem. I was thankful I could find the parts needed to fix it instead of having to buy another one.

I purchased a set of these for part of an overhaul of my LG front loader when I had to replace the drum bearings. I figured that since the original ones were about 10 years old, it would not hurt to replace them since they had uneven wear on them.The new ones worked for about 3 months. After 3 months I noticed that little by little the washing machine was developing a bad vibration. A few days ago the dampener connected to the rear of the drum broke and the drum started banging against the back side of the washer cabinet during spin cycles. No, the load was not out of balance. After the failure, and with no clothes in the drum, I could easily push the drum against the rear of the washer cabinet with one finger.You can see, by looking at the attached picture what the problem was. All 3 of these dampers broke. Two of them had the entire head break off, the third one had the mount break out of the tip of the damper.

I’d replaced the shocks in my LG a year ago with aftermarket units and they completely fell apart causing the drum to violently wobble. I replaced them with these OEM shocks and couldn’t be happier. Fit perfectly and spin cycle is smooth and quiet again. Don’t waste your money on cheaper replicas…buy the real items here.

Ran fine for 10 months. Two failed with the piston breaking from the ring mount, and the third failed with the ring mount breaking circumferentially.I'm convinced this washer is just too worn down and play in the system due to other components coincided with the eventual failure of these parts.I just wish there were OEM parts on the market to buy.

After changing the tub bearings I found that the shocks were bad so I had to change them. At first I was going to use the OEM shocks but I could get a whole set for what they wanted for one. No brainer went with these and saved some big bucks in the process.

They worked fine., but had to use the stock bushings.

Finally it is the right parts and it was delivered as promised.

this was shipped very quickley, did not look like the original form the machine, but did install ok after installation the washer operated as it did new

Washer still shakes like crazy 2 out of the 3 had no pressure to them

They installed fairly easily and more importantly, they worked. Washer is no longer shaking the whole house!
