The product itself great, however, for the company who ships it, they do not do a good job. It comes in a plastic shipping bag. It needs to come in a box with paint material so it cannot move during shipping. I had to order this twice. First time it came, the bottle had unscrewed itself in shipping, then spilled out all it's contents. I got a refund for that one. The second time, I thought it was just a fluke, this was not the case. The second one came and the same thing happened, however it still had 75% of the liquid inside. Either way, there is not a seal to prevent the liquor from escaping during shipping and should be changed so it is sealed, especially since this is a gygenuc product and should have a tamper seal.

Don't let your partner not read the label an accidentally use as lube.

Like most of the reviews I a lot have yet again received an empty bottle an a half empty one. The product is worth every penny spent but the company shipping needs to do better

This was an excellent purchase. It is an easy to use adult sex toy cleaner. Use some of this with warm water and your toy is clean as new and ready to use the next time. Love the trigger pump handle. Has a nice locking device that makes sure it doesn't leak or squirt when you don't want it to. Great clean feel after use. Will order again when this bottle is used up.

This is great sex toy cleaner. A little goes a long way, so it'll last a long time. It seems to clean my toys really well. It does smell a little to me, but it's not a bad smell. It smells clean, but I have a sensitive nose. I spray some product on each toy, let it sit for a couple seconds, then wipe it off. Great product.

I don't leave home without this. My thinking was - people who clean their sex toys really want them to be very disinfected, so this will be a good product. I actually add some alcohol to my bottle and use it on doorknobs and boxes that have arrived and my hands, etc. Love it!

I love how well this Swiss Navy Cleaner works. But the strong cleanser smell is overpowering for me. My sensitive sinuses prefer a different brand.

Gentle enough for sensitive skin. Smells nice, not super chemically. I'll definitely buy again.

A little spray goes a long way.

Of the few brands of toy cleaner I’ve used this seems to be the best. I can’t say if it disinfects better but the odour of the chemical ingredients is a stronger smell, not overpowering but getting the job done of removing lingering smells from the silicone. The robust pumping unit operates smoothly and delivers a nice mist with each squeeze. Mechanically, the best pump unit I’ve found on any spray type dispenser.

I actually really dislike this toy cleaner. When you spray it, it's sprays about a foot in every direction and isn't centralized to the usually small device you are trying to clean. It is closer to water then cleaner and you need to spray the toy about 6-8 times to cover it when other ones I've used need 2-3 sprays. And even when you spray that much, it clearly does not take off the residue fully so alot of times it will take multiple cleanings, and somehow seems to pick up and have particles from the cloth you are using stick to it as well. It's silicone toy safe, but so are many others that are much better in quality and with better cleaning outcomes.
