It replaced an early cable that was not able to go into the later USB ports on my new computer, the older one is not like the newer USB's and it was not able to insert into the port. It works fine.

Boy I tell you if you loose or misplace your cable when you just have to put all those family or party photos onto your computer,you will be very unhappy. The price is great so snag one of these up while you still can so you will always have an extra, whileyou are still searching for the lost one. Very well made at a good price.

Came exactly as described--works perfectly. Just don't understand why 'local stores' don't sell it--they sold 1000'as and 1000' s of these cameras.

I had usb data cable that came with my original Kodak point-n-shoot camera. Unfortunately, I had lost it and needed a replacement to download the photos from my memory card, and the internal cache in the camera. Had I not been able to find a replacement, I would have lost priceless photos that I could not have been able to replace as they taken in different states and different countries. This seemingly unimportant cable saved the day. I was able to transfer the photos to a different PC and save them to a DVD and was able to print them out. Thanks Amazon for having this propriety cable, which is no longer made by Kodak, in stock. I now have many memories in print and was able to share them with friends and family.Thanks for having these types of hard to get items. I am exteremly pleased with Amazon...the first place to look for out of stock items.

Great cable. Worked well as presented for my camera. I wish Kodak would standardize their cables as some of the other electronics companies are doing. I have about ten cables now and all perform a different way on varied electronics.
