Fixed the engine light
After replacing the upstream oxygen sensor, I replaced the the down stream oxygen sensor and it appears to have turned off the engine light. I had previously been told that the error code for my Honda Civic was P0240. Which meant likely meant replacing one of three parts: the upstream O2 sensor, downstream O2 sensor, or the catalytic converter.I replaced the upstream O2 sensor (part# Bosch 15268) and the engine light remained one. So then I replaced the down stream O2 sensor with this part and it has fixed the sensor. The parts fits well with my Honda Civic. No issues so far......

The right part
I've had nothing but excellent results from Bosch sensors, no matter what vehicle I put them on. The wire is the right length and it cures the common code.

Wrong item sent twice
This isn't the OE fit. Sent it twice and both of them wrong item as described. I wouldn't buy again

Fix it yourself!
Works perfectly! The local repair shop wanted $350 to replace this sensor. It took me less than 5 minutes.
