14-day Acai Berry Cleanse 56-Count Bottle

My friend told me her sister does these cleanses and I was sceptical. I have always been chronically constipated because I never drink enough water, ever. I ordered these with little expectations but I’m always willing to give products a fair chance. So day one I took the recommended two pills in the morning with 8 ounces of water. I actually had a very junkfood unhealth pig out fest that day (unplanned it was the boyfriends fault) but I still drank the water and then did the evening two pills with water that was recommended on box. The next day, I repeated this and ate junk all day and was very disappointed in myself. I was afraid to even step in the scales after my behavior. I will say that I was going very regularly for the first time in years. I watched Oprah with guest star Dr Oz Year’s ago when she did an episode of poop and what it’s supposed to look like and was ashamed to say mine was not good. I didn’t have the famous “S” she was so excited to have..lol That being said, even with all my bad decision making concerning food choices the past two days, I was going regularly in a normal way, no rushing to the restroom scares, or weird scary things happening. No cramps or anything different at all. Just normal Dr Oz movements. No cramping or anything off. I probably went three times each day of my first two days on this cleanse. First time in years that everything was normal and effortless. I can’t believe I’m talking about this, but I want people to know that this works! I am now a believer! I built up the nerve to weigh myself after two days of being on the cleanse, even though I ate crazy bad (people, I’m talking an entire bag of lays chips with dip and pizza). So I nervously step on the scale and I was down three lbs! I was in total shock! I knew I had earned and definitely deserved a huge gain for my unhealthy food binge, but the opposite happened! I don’t believe I will continue the entire 14 days of the cleanse because I don’t think it will be necessary. If anything it’s made me determined to eat better and cleaner and then see the results. I will probably use this cleanse every other week to keep me regular. Again, I’m shocked that I’m even reviewing the product this Product which for me is a little personal, but I am completely sold even in two days. I would recommend this to all my friends and anyone reading. I have not been paid to endorse this product I am just now a believer and excited about using it from here on out. Who knew I was so full of it! Ha! Ha!

I usually do this cleanse approximately four times a year - beginning of each new season. The product is not going to be for everyone, and it's NOT a weight loss magic pill. This really just flushes out all the 'gunk' that natural builds in your system. I find that I feel lighter, refreshed and energized once I complete the two weeks. I eat healthy year round and exercise 3-5 times a week - so this is simply a kick start for me each season. I find that bloating goes down and gives you an opportunity to reset. I like this product and don't find I have any major cramping or a constant urge to run to the bathroom. When taken properly, you will go to the bathroom three times a day - consistently - morning, afternoon, evening. It's predictable. Would recommend to anyone looking to do a mild cleanse.

I have been using this product every other month or so for the past 2 yrs. I know some people have rated that it is no good, my experience with this product has been great. I take the pills in the morning and before bed as directed and I do not feel bloated as i would when i do not take the pill. Sure when you first begin taking them you are going to feel weird, by weird i mean upset stomach and possibly (depending on the person) diarrhea. People have to understand it's meant to CLEANSE it is not a magical pill, you do have to do some exercise and drink plenty water to see results. Also good when taken with the fat burner. Hope this helps possible purchasers.

Some important information. This is not a permanent fix all. It's simply a good way to jump start a healthier you. My recommendations: everyone is different, for some it will do nothing, for some it will be wonderful and for some it will be horrible. For me it was good. Not great, but good. First, I always keep ginger tea with lemon in my cabinet. Thank goodness I do. This product, for caused some achiness in my stomach. I am very sensitive so I expected this. I received the package and only started with one the first night. One the second and on day 2 I felt the achiness and the rumblings of movement. One decent bm later and I upped the dose to 2 a day for three more days. I drink alot of water and tea in between to prevent any pains. Everyone around me is sick so I also had 2 packets of Emergen-C a day which probably helped with the pain and dehydration. The ginger/lemon tea was a blessing because it helps soothe stomach upset and should be a must when taking this. I did lose 6 lbs: probably mostly water weight and fecal weight but weight is weight. I was able to change my eating habits to a more healthier me and this is just the jump start I needed. Warnings: the product contains cascara sagrada. If used for long periods of time can cause a dependcy causing you to become constipated. It can also cause severe stomach pain. This is why I recommend taking a lower dose and having a plan for the stomach pains like the ginger tea or maybe some peppermint tea. Good luck!

I just wanted to give a heads up that despite the most common review comment that this product does not cause any adverse reactions ... Stay close to the rest room about 1/2 day after starting this cleanse. ... I took two capsules as directed at 7am the first day ... By 5pm, I had the most nasty smelling gas and had loose bowels for the following three hours. ... So, eh, perhaps I'll give it another go, but I absolutely will not take the capsules twice a day as directed, and will have to give it a day's rest tomorrow, as I have social plans such restroom needs will inhibit! ... I appreciate that at least clearly it works to clear the bowels, and perhaps it'll relieve bloating and aid in weight loss ... but just FYI for those interested in an 'easy' fix with no side effects. :-/

THe most important think first after the 14 day cleanse I lost almost a full inch on my "natural waist"(around the navel) and a whooping 1.5 inches of what I will call my tummy (the lower part which exercise doesnt seem to affect). I used the acai cleanse along with the fat burner cleanse for two weeks. The cleanse is really a gentle cleanse I was plesantly surprised by that. Yes I did get slight cramps but with a colon cleanse that should be expected HOWEVER not every time I "went" I got cramps. The caffiene wasnt too strong to keep me up at night but I did get a bit a of an energy boost. IMPORTANT ADVICE *I wont suggest doing heavy exercise while on the cleanse expecially outdoors like the gym because it may "activate"the pills. *Take the pills as soon as you get home once you don't have plans to go out.That way you may go earlier in the morning B4 you have to get ready work. Yea the sounds coming from the toilet may be a lil embarssing sometimes but those lost inches with no crunches for me was worth it!

After having a routine colonoscopy the doctor found that the walls of my colon were discolored and called it melanosis coli which is dead cells in the wall of the colon. This condition can be caused by Cascara Sagrada which is one of the ingredients in the 14 Day Acau Berry Cleanse product. The condition can also be caused by prolonged use of laxatives which I did not do. Be very careful if you decide to use this product and consult your doctor or your colorectal doctor before trying to use this product. I am in contact with the Food and Drug Administration and will file a formal complaint with them.
