Good value and durable!
Previously I had another Uchida corner punch. It broke, but after about 25 years of use. This new one is a little larger and somewhat easier to use because of its size. I bought this corner rounder on Amazon because no similar item was available at any craft, stationary or big box store I looked into. I regularly use it to round corners on manila folder paper which it works quite easily on, even two at a time. Easily cuts 110 lb stock. I consider this item a good value and expect about another 25 years use.

Great price and does the job!
I give the "Uchida Corner Punch, Rounded" a 5-star rating because this product works perfectly - it produces smooth, round corners with each and every punch!I would recommend this product to anyone who scrapbooks. It would even be great for someone who prints out their own party invitations, holiday postcards, etc. and wants to add a special touch to their printed item.If I have to find a con, it is that after punching 50+ photos in a row (200+ punches), your hands might be a little sore (I had a deadline). So, just break it up as you work on your project. If you're questioning whether or not to buy this, just do it! It is totally worth it... especially for the price!

Just what I needed ...
I got this to replace another corner punch that never did work very well.So far, this one is working OK. It cuts cleanly -- you do have to be careful to get the cardstock or paper lined up properly. t was VERY "stiff" and hard to punch at first, but after a few uses, it loosened up a bit. It's still a little grumpy when it comes to heavier card stock (100-110# or so), but not nearly as bad as it was at first. It would be nice if there were a cover over the bottom so the trimmed bits wouldn't end up all over the craft table.Still, overall it's a nice corner punch, relatively inexpensive, too.

Rounded Corners Make Everything look Fancier
Who knew that making invitations look much fancier than they are could be so easy??I bought this to make my best friend's bridal shower invitations, and they are so much cuter because of it. It works just like a hole punch - you push the corner of the paper into it, press down, and just like that you have fancy corners. I used this with very thick cardstock and it was still easy to use. I was worried it would break, but I am done with all the invites and it is still going strong!

It's a corner punch...but it doesn't have a bottom so the punched paper falls everywhere.
It does punch corners well, but there is no "trap" to catch the punched paper, so it just falls straight out of the bottom. This is a pain since the punched corners are small bits of paper. It also is not super strong, so if the paper you're wanting to punch is thicker, even something like cardstock, this struggles to punch it evenly and completely. But I suppose it is okay for what you pay for it. If I had it to do all over again, I would probably buy another one that has a "trap" so using it is quicker and more convenient.

I've been looking for something like this for a few years!
I happened to read a forum board, and someone mentioned something about a tool that makes rounded corners on paper. Sounded really neat, and I wanted one. Every time I went it to the craft store and actually felt like asking about it, nobody knew what I was talking about. Well the idea was in my head again and I thought to look on Amazon and found this. I didn't know if I was buying the right thing, but I bought it anyway. Kinda stupid, I know, but I felt pretty strongly that this was what I was looking for.Yes, this is it! I can slip in a piece of paper or card stock and it rounds the corners, like on a store-bought greeting card. I had bought a decent color printer last year and try to use it to make cards whenever I think about it in advance. Especially with all of the birthday parties that my kids go to, it just makes sense. I just use this and the card looks better than store bought, since the card is customized.

Best rounded corner punch ever!
Replacing one I've had for years after finally wearing out. It's stiff when you use the punch but makes a nice clean rounded corner so worth the effort.

AMAZING. I LOVE IT
i know my enthusiasm seems super geeky but I've been trapped at home during a pandemic for 2 months. Oh and that, i'm a office supplies/stationary geek. I only discovered these exist from bullet journal youtube video. there's tons of fancy lacy ones and others that change the curb radius. after adding and removing some of those fancy ones into my basket, i bought this. It's a good value and all i really need.It punches the standard round you'll see in journals that come rounded.I print my own notebook calendar and rounded edge protect the paper from curling and tearing. It's also, from what I can see after 1 week. very sturdy. It's not all plastic. The punch bit is all metal and has good heft.there isn't a catch for all the extra bits of paper because it is small. I have no problem with that.
