Total waste of money ! Customer service is disgracefulI’ve used machine twice After making 9 ice cubes apparently they should be put into freezer straight away, as by time the next 9 are made the first ones have melted ( by keeping them in ice machine) spoke to customer service on phone and was told I could get a refund and I would recieve email within 24/48 hours to start refund process , never got email, I then contacted I kich again and had to go through all the rigmarole again and was told I can get 10% refund ??And told if I want refund I had to take it up with Amazon. Absolute WASTE of money. Overpriced useless piece of equipment!!! Don’t waste your money

Ice Cubes very small, they also have a large hole in the Center from how they are made which means they melt very fast when in a drink, returning mine

Does exactly what it says it does.Simple to use and very quick if you use chilled water.Perfect for occasional use in my man cave

Ok at first but then stopped working after a 6 weeks. Contacted IKich via email but slow to respond.Luckily Amazon accepted my return for a full refund.

The ice maker doesn't make any ice .... (I am an electrical engineer) so don't ask me "did you do this did you do that ....? " I left it stable for two days before use... and still it didn't make any ice ...

Good quality product and produces small bullet shaped ice shapes every few minutes. Fast delivery as always from Amazon, would recommend.

Love it we call ours Elsa for obvious reasons took it with us in our caravan so had fresh ice for our G&t good value and you get ice in 7 mins
