Its engineering, there is a right and wrong way.
Don't be discouraged by negative reviews. I bought this over a year ago and it works great. My kids still get a kick out of it. And of course the ball trampoline only works if you have it set up right, it's physics. It's just as stable as it should be. It's a plastic modular toy, not a ballet barre. It may be a little frustrating for small children who are new to concepts of the physical world or to adults that are control freaks or want to leave their kids completely unsupervised. Aside from that it's a great toy for young children.

Fun toy, okay quality
Overall I really like this toy and so do my kids...My complaints are that it didn't come with instructions on how to assemble so it took a few tries and we used the box picture as our guide. It feels somewhat flimsy (especially part of the bottom pieces that don't "lock in") however, it's pretty durable and fine to use/play with as long as your kids don't play too rough. If used properly, it's a good Montessori style toy.

Keeps my toddler busy
I have a one year old toddler that loves this thing. It is the perfect height for her and the colors are really nice. It’s definitely suitable as an gift too.My only con is that it falls apart way too easily. I have to put it back up several times a day and that is no fun. Toddlers are aggressive so when playing she hits it and poof all the hard work I did putting it together is useless before she can even play a while. When it falls apart she still plays with the pieces. I took a photo of it to be able to remember how to put it together. After so many times I’ve got it down pack.I wouldn’t order another item from them only for raw sturdiness but my baby does enjoy it, especially the balls.Overall it’s a great activity to keep them busy for a few minutes before they knock or down.

Great gift
We gave this to my one-year-old as a gift. He absolutely loves it and it’s a hit still!

I am a big fan of fat brain toys. Their toddler toys are unique and usually of high quality. This tower comes apart so easily and lacks any real excitement. The bouncing feature has to be lined up just right and if your toddler is anything like mine, they might bump it and knock it off alignment. If I hadn’t tossed the box, I would totally return this. Save yourself the trouble and buy a different ball tower!!

Love it!
Love that it is toddler friendly. The ball is big enough to not be a choking hazard. In order to get the ball to bounce at the end of the run the piece needs to be in exactly the right spot but that is a teaching moment! Definitely would buy again.

Hours of fun
I purchased this toy without reading the mixed reviews and I'm very glad I did. My 1.5 year old grandson loves all things balls and repetitive action. This toy definitely ticks both of those boxes and has given him hours of fun playtime. It is easy to assemble and re-assemble (on the one or two occasions he has knocked it over). I would love for the bounce part to work every time, but it is a toy. Part of the fun has been the anticipation of the bounce and tweaking the set up!
